★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to buy Birkenstock sandals for myself and running shoes for my husband. We were in the store less than 10 minutes and within that time we were asked 6 times if we could be helped. There is a fine line between good customer service and harassment.
This is without question harassment in my opinion.
We left the store without making a purchase. With what we intended buying you have just lost a sale of approximately $500, thanks to the terrible staff.
Have to assume they work on commission.
Won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knocked out one star for the cashier's disinterest with customers. Be extremely careful while handling the cashier unless it's the owners. 4 stars for the owners.
Extremely impotant edit: Asked the shoes to be shipped home, the cashier confirmed but did the transaction 'bought from store'. Asked me to wait 5 weeks for it to arrive. It did not. When I called customer service I found out what she had done. But customer service asked for some info and gracefully returned my money. I didnt even know that people can be THIS bad at being a cashier?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there to return shoes I’ve ordered online because of the size. The lady that works there came and grabbed my box of shoes and went walking around helping others with my shoes that I ordered. I wanted a different size but she kept arguing with me saying that their not the same shoes even though they have the same exact name on the box of my shoes and store shoes. I just returned my shoes and left because I didn’t want to deal with her longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company doesn't deserve any stars but it won't let me put 0 stars. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes over a month ago. I have had so many issues with the order that I have had to contact famous footwear 6 times. One pair of shoes arrived. But the other didn't. I did not receive any information on why. No communication. Eventually I was refunded and the employee I some with told me that they had run out of the shoes but that they were back in the warehouse again and she could order them again and adjust the price since the original shoes were BOGO and I had already paid for shipping. She did not adjust the price. So I had to call again. After another long phone call the woman I spoke with said I had been refunded but only for 12$. Finally she was able to find out I was refunded the correct amount and that I was being sent free shoes. I did not receive email confirmations for ANY of the things I mentioned above. 2 weeks later I have still not been refunded or received the shoes. They have not responded to my email. I contacted them again yesterday and was on the phone for almost an hour. Finally they were able to find out that I had been refunded and the shoes were not coming but that it would take a couple more days to receive the refund on my end. I have still not been refunded. I am so frustrated because I did not receive any communication FROM famous footwear and it should not be this difficult to get a pair of shoes. I receive junk emails from them l'adaptation every day yet they won't bother to send me any order or shipping confirmations or notifications that my order is not coming. I am have never had such a lack of assistance from any company. I am now out 50$ for a pair of shoes that was 15$ on BOGO AND don't have the shoes. I will not be a returning customer and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order online. Terrible online company. Had a buy one get one at 50% off. Placed order for a pair of shoes for the fall and sandals on sale due to the sale. Find out over a week after order placed and already been shipped the item I really wanted was not available. Thanks for letting me know when it is too late to do anything about it. They sent me an email offering me 50% off another pair - "just place the order and reply with the order number" they said. Not interested. Good thing - I sent a reply letting them know what I think of them and you can't even reply to that email address. What a SCAM!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very great experience thanks to the lovely cashier named Ria and the employees on the floor were friendly and very helpful. The only bad thing about being in the store was the constant "ding dong" sound notifying everytime someone came into the store or was just standing in front of the sensor. Please remove that annoying sound because I would love to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assistant manager of this store is amazing. I walked in looking for a pair of vans shoes. She made sure I got the right pair that looks good and works well for my feet. I have a club foot and so it is very rare for me to find comfortable shoes that are also stylish. Having that in mind, I was shocked to see her pull out a dozen of shoes that are nice and super comfortable. Next time I need new shoes, I'm just going straight to her.
