★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always extremely busy whether drive thru or counter service inside. I routinely order for someone with allergies and the extent of the modifications for this person is literally (take the hashbrown that comes IN the wrap and serve it on the side so I can eat it) and it's like pulling teeth to have them not try and charge me for an additional hashbrown on the side and changing the item ordered so my "digital offer/coupon" on the Tim Hortons app doesn't anymore. At which point I have to explain to them AGAIN, but more calm and slowly this time that I'm trying to use an offer off the app and just punch in what I order with that one simple modification for the allergy person. Interactions where I feel frustrated are quite frequent here and it is always the worst part of ordering food/drinks here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited to order while girl taking orders talked to her boyfriend. I was the only one in the store and sat watching them for 3ish minutes. Got home and coffees were very watered down, poured them into a glass and could see to the bottom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever. the lady employees are rude and i had to ask mulitple times for the lady to switch my honey dip cause it had chocolate on it from the chocolate donut she threw 3 donuts in same one so the chocolate from other two went all over my honey dip when i asked at check out dont put my honey dip in same bag she tried to say they have to its waste of another bag she took the same donut threw it in another bag i said excuse me i asked you to give me a different donut she iggnores me i said it one more time nicely like im sorry can you please give me a different donut i dont want this one she snapped and said we cant give u another donut now leave i said why u put my donut in the same bag as other donuts when i asked u not to when i ordered and she yelled at me and some nice guy who worked in there heard her yelling at me came over told her to go and switched it and apologized . the ladys that work in there are rude as heck.
