★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get crafting material, they have a very big sellection of crafting and art stuff, as a recommendation always use a coupon if you are interested in buying something expensive, you can fin the coupon on their website or you can receive it by suscribing on their newsletter. Another tip: if you like crafting check out their clearence sections, they have more than 1 in every store, most of them are small sections. So they are not too obvious, but there you can find crafting stuff at great prices

We talked to one of GM about ordering online stuffs. Her name is ROSE. We wanted to order online and than pick up at the store. The shipping cost is higher than the item cost.
When we asked about if we order 10 items and same shipping to the store and come to pick up and that manager said we have to pay x10 amount for the shipping fee. Rose started to gave us attitude while we were trying to talk to her. It was ridiculous and unprofessional attitude for a manager store. Talking to a clientele that has been a customer for many years...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy candle making supplies & the supplies were a bit low, but to be expected as they have a smaller selection. I did find the basic items that I needed. The wicks, wick holders, thermometer- all reasonably priced. I may have came during a slower time on a Friday afternoon, so it was nice. No long line ups, very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff & supervisor. I would definitely recommend this Michael’s. Clean, tidy, well organized, easy to find products & the staff are there at the front to point you in the right direction if you just want a quick in and out shopping experience. Some coupons offered at the till, though easily downloaded from their website on your phone as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michaels is my go to store when I'm looking for something different in the way of gifts. A robotic kit from Discovery was my choice this time for a lucky little guy. Wandering the store I can find ideas for crafts with the grandkids, from chocolate making to tie-dying t-shirts, anything is possible. And there is plenty of ideas and supplies for big kid artistry as well. Fabric, yarn, paints, silk flowers, let your imagination run wild. Michaels has the supplies you'll need to finesse your project. And You made it Yourself. It's a win-win situation! Thank you Michaels!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always found some cool craft materials at this location but the experience I had with Ahmed the manager today really made me feel compelled to give them 5 stars. I had a very unique and strange return situation and he handled it so smoothly and really did more than he had to regarding a replacement product, it was quick and stress free and he was so kind about it too.

Even though it is a big box store the cashier asked if if was my 1st time in the store because he didn't recognize me. It is really nice that even in a big store they get to know their customers. It was my 1st time there and looking forward to going back to shop !
