Lots of supplies. Stock changes regularly. Check Dollarama for standard basics, come here for fun special items and accents to take your party to the next level. Service is a bit slow but usually very friendly and happy to help out. Balloons are always great quality with a good 24hr guarantee to not go flat or you can take it back for them to re-inflate for you.

Paid $17 for one confetti balloon (bought 2) and the lady didn't even fill them up properly. Confetti sat at the bottom all boring. She insisted she did it properly but we inquired that the balloons are overfilled. Slightly moving one when we got home caused it to pop, didn't even touch the ceiling or anything. Quite expensive for a balloon that lasted 10 minutes. The other balloons lasted a while, just disappointed with the overpriced cheap confetti balloons

I was impressed with Party City: they had a wide selection of Halloween adult costumes for us and also, when it came time to get our little ones some party loot bags and party items, Party City was a one-stop shop

We went in looking for a very specific item for our daughter's upcoming wedding. When this location did not have it they called two other locations helping us out and saving us running around the city. Thank you Party City for your helpful, joyous service.

This location sells faulty products proudly. I say that with lots of frustrations over the customer services. Last week I bought a giant helium balloon for a baby shower program that I was hosting. This is the first time I went to this location (near to the Sunridge mall). I had to pickup a cake from nearby shop and I thought of getting some supplies from this location. Saving some driving time. What a bad decision it was, I later realize. I now know the the reason behind poor rating for this location. Anyway, coming back to the incident. The giant helium balloon was close to 18 dollar. So it was not a cheap item for middle class folks like us. During the purchase, the sales associate told us come within 24 hrs if the balloon start getting deflated. It was a strange things since I purchased helium balloon from other places and never heard of something like this. Normally helium balloons I bought for my son's birthday party stayed good for over month. anyway, I thought the sales representative's being honest and letting me know that if anything happen they will be there to assist me. I felt good at that item. Little did I know that they actually know that they give away faulty product and will hold me on the 24 hours period. BTW once return to home, on that night me and my whole family fell sick, I started coughing but no fever. Since that was a COVID symptom, now I am stuck at home Isolating. Next morning the balloon starts deflating at home but I had no way to go back to the shop. It would not be the right thing to do with COVID symptom. Anyway next two days I did home test (since I had the kit at home) and results came negative, I was feeling strong and good but I lost my voice. So if you were talking to me you would know I just came out from cold/coughing. Its been 3 days and then I went back to the store with the giant deflated balloon. Now I see the poor customer service they got. They hold me against the 24 hr. policy, I told them about the isolation I had to do and make sure I was safe to go back to public. They said they can hear my voice and believe that part of my story but they don't have anyway to know the balloon got defaulted within 24 hrs. They are asking me to proof that, if I had taken any picture the next day or so. This is not my first time buying helium balloon. Helium balloon can only get deflated if you damage them or if the product have manufacturing faults. Obviously they can see there was no physical harm done to it bcz the balloon still had 50% helium after 3 days. if there were physical damage it would have deflated completely. the slow rate of deflation only suggest there were manufacturer faults. I know every places have relaxed there customer service return date policy during this COVID era but these guys know they have faulty products and robs middle class people. Party city customer rep really destroys my belief in fair business. they are super bad and don't go to this location. I know I will never go to this location.

I ordered some things online for my son's birthday, and was very impressed with how the order was handled. I had ordered some items for ship to home, and some for in-store pickup, and they called within an hour to ask if I wanted all of the items shipped at no additional cost. My order was then shipped the same day, and arrived to my home just over 24 hours after placing my order. Quality of the items is average, just what you would expect for the prices, and nothing arrived damaged.

Update I have changed my original rating from a 1 star to a 4 star as they acted quick to rectify the issue. I called their support number and the customer service representative is 100 times nicer to deal with then the people at the store. I was given a credit to get a new balloon for my kid. This rating is more or less for the Canadian Tire customer service phone team. It shouldn't have to get to the point where people have to give a 1 star for them to react. In all honesty, the store itself is 3 stars at most on any normal day based on customer service and cleanliness. 4 stars for party supplies as there is quite a variety. If you ever have issues just call their 1-866 customer service and don't even bother calling the store to make things right. Original post Don't ever get balloons from here. I bought the balloon package and 2 balloons popped within an hour. The super big foil balloon had a slow leak and didn't even last 48 hrs. When I called they said they only guarantee the balloons for 24hrs. Considering that I had to host a party I'm not going to have the time to call just to replace a balloon. There is definitely a quality issue if the balloons can't even last longer than the ones from a dollar store.
