★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought stuff here sometimes that were a disaster, bought pants with barely any elasticity left and once bought a frock for my daughter and saw it had a tear but didn’t bother to complaint thinking it is used. However, to give some decent barely used clothes to sell and they give it back saying it all had wear and tears.. (next time please have some curiosity to show it to the customers where those wear and tears are or just politely say we don’t need these instead of lying and making the customer look bad) I have tried selling them about 3rd time now, I completely understand that you don’t buy everything and respect that as it’s your business and your choice but to say there are wear and tears, when there weren’t any that’s rude and dumping everything in the bin while we give you all nicely folded stuff. Rather donate all your gently used branded stuff to a mama in need, instead of wasting your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff and lots of variety. Very handy to sell lots of old kids clothes (and we generally have a lot) and even books. We have purchased dozens of books from here as well. Got some nice shoes as well from the bins in the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m expecting my first baby. This store has been a game changer. The staff is so friendly. They have a good variety of clothing, toys, etc. really everything you need is right there. Will definitely be coming back to this location many times before and after my baby comes

I went there to sell some clothes the process was quick.
Excellent customer service Brenda was just great super respectful, responsive, and warm. She even speaks Spanish wich it's a great Pro!.
Also great place to find maternity clothes. ♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly feel that the staff personal in the store were very cold bunch, my Friend and I were very pleased with the store and the layout was impressive. Very organized and clean. I noticed that the staff seemed a bit cold as we entered we were outwardly expressing our thoughts on how Nice everything was given the store history was a New Location. I was not at all impressed with the staff and J found them all to be rather Cold and Unfriendly as we complimented them on their work and what we thought didn't seem to matter much. No Thank you at all ... when I compliment someone, most times there is a reply from the person or people usually answer with a kind gesture like a Thank you we are quite Happy with our store too we take pride in what we do. This bunch of women were very uninviting and overly picky about many things pertaining to clothing even that we thought they would be happy with and they were rude and did not care to look at what we had and the items my friend were all New not worn or used by any child. I myself would not recommend this store to anyone and if their business last more than a year I will be shocked and surprised. Customer Service. This position calls for Happy and Upbeat personalities which in my opinion. I would send them all home the whole bunch. Terminated. Go find a job that better suits your attitudes ... You are not qualified if you are not able to greet your customers with a warm welcome, knowing they are new first time customers to your store... You would think the welcome would naturally be one of Kind and warm welcoming and ready to assist the customer ... Happily.
