Dynamic Testing Solutions Ltd. - Calgary

I was accused of not actually using my pee .I asked for the guy to check or he could watch and that wasn't good enough. When I asked him a question about what was going on when she went to the phone .he pretty much said shut up and wait till she's done and she will tell you ( not professional ) . So over the course of almost 2 hours and peeing 4 to 5 times .all she kept saying was it doesn't smell like pee (like it's wine ) .it cools faster than pee (like it's wine ). Maybe not thinking that some people eat allot healthier than others . I called the main company for testing and told them what was going on . I was treated like a criminal.im heavily tattooed maybe that had something to do with it? I definitely am not a drug user and never have been! On my last test sheet it says not tested and I watched a panel test used on it . They were both nice towards the end probably realized I would not take this lightly. Everything has been reported to the companies and will be to the BBB better business Bureau. I hope this review helps companies and people make a informed decision before selecting a test company. The level of professionalism at this place was some of the worst I've seen in the industry in my opinion. and was the worst experience I've had in over 20 tests . I understand people have a job to do but not all pee smells the same just like not all wine smells the same .diet and lifestyle determine allot . People should think of that more .

I didnt take my test there, but I called about rescheduling or completing the drug and alcohol portion because I had a human error and thought my appt was 3 not 1pm. (the hearing woman had left) JASON on the phone was super rude and actually hung up the phone on me. "You have to call your company (which I did), End of story" - then hung up. I haven't even went yet and I can tell the professionalism level is very poor. These guys realize they probably aren't the only outfit in Calgary right? That doing these exams is a service, and myself, and the company, are clients?

Dynamic Testing Solutions is one of the most professional companies in this industry. Jason and Robyn are always professional and timely In getting the job done. I have been using their services for years. Great job and looking forward to many more.

Very rude customer rep , called to book an appointment and first off , the guy started off with an angry tone. Sounded hesitant to check possible dates and when I told him I’d get back to him , he hissed , let out a heavy sigh and slammed the phone in my ear. Utterly disgusting , save your money and look elsewhere .

Robyn is great to deal with and very accommodating, always a pleasure to deal with.

If you are expecting timely results and/or a professional experience, I would highly recommend avoiding this company. I was charged nearly $200 for a urine drug screen which took over 3 weeks before my results were available. I was beginning to worry because my results (or lack thereof) were becoming a time-sensitive matter so I decided to call Dynamic Testing Solutions. This company has no concept of customer service and is clearly uninterested in professional integrity. I was told by the man answering the phone that he could not provide me with any information and that my only option was to leave a message for Robyn so that she could respond to me. I should also mention his general disinterest in doing anything to provide me with any information or guidance. I did not hear anything back so I sent an e-mail. Still no response. I called again and after finally speaking with Robyn I received an e-mail with my results. The results of my urine test were missing values for one drug. This was the drug that specifically led me to this company in the first place because their website states that they are able to test for it. Without it, the test is obsolete and cannot be accepted. It is now over one whole month later and I have yet to receive the proper results. Since receiving my initial incorrect test results I have been able to do the following: schedule and take another urine drug screen which was $140 cheaper; and receive my results within 3 business days. To conclude, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of service from this company. Based on their website disclaimer which states "We guarantee excellent customer service thru our timely communication and fast accurate results", this company failed to deliver everything that they guaranteed.

Robyn was helpful, informative, knowledgeable and insightful-I appreciate the professionalism and personable conversation in addressing concerns for client. Five star - our firm will be using their services for complex matters.
