★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure what’s with all the bad reviews. I had to do a full medical and drug/alcohol testing. I was in and out within the hour, my employer got the results the same day and it wasn’t a bad experience at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most unprofessional ignorant Alcohol and drug testing facility. All CannAmm locations should be shut down. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears. These ignorant specimen collector employees should all be drug and alcohol tested daily before taking a customers samples. I had one rude woman here fail my test because she stated it smelled funny to her? I stated anything can make urine smell "funny" eating asparagus or being sick with a flu etc. She requested 3 samples from me all of which I did while having to stay 3 hrs to complete. She still stated that they all looked and smelled the same. I said that is called Consistency, that is what you want to see. I asked if the urine sample was good color and temperature, she stated she could not tell me. Like it is a big secret. She tried to make me quit the test. I then ended up going to a reputable testing facility by chinook mall within hours of this disgusting individuals conduct and passed with one sample no issues. Do not go to any CannAmm locations, they should be sued and shutdown. I would rather pay for an independent facility to test me than go through that experience again. That employee should be fired and all their employees drug and alcohol tested on a daily basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They Wouldn’t give me details of my test even though I was allowed to have that information. I wouldn’t consider this lab/ testing service credible at all. I tested positive for something that couldn’t possibly be in my system and when I tried to reach out to the doctor to have my sample sent somewhere else they wouldn’t return my calls. All the employees were rude towards me, they couldn’t supply any information about the tests administrated, and told me to get that info from my employer. I’m unsure how a company can run a business when they don’t even know anything about their equipment, standard procedures, the accuracy of their tests, the precision of their tests, the quality of their equipment, and their quality assurance within the lab.

Very professional. Staff made me feel like a cool guy even though I was nervous, so totally a couple points in the positive for them there.
