★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I needed to find immediate home care for my mother, Right at Home was the only company that responded to me so quickly and was able to help me out within just a few days! They made the process so simple and fast when I needed it, and my mother is very close with her care giver and super happy. I can't recommend this company enough, there are so many companies in Calgary but Right at Home really cares about helping people!!!

Our experience right from the initial in-home visit, to those times you need emergency care have always been covered. Response times for change in schedules to on-call needs is always answered and solved within an hour. Brkti has a high level of professionalism while maintaining compassion, understanding and open communication. As time goes on, our family continues to build confidence that we made the right choice choosing Right-At-Home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, my father become a total bedbound and my mother with advance dementia. Their wish will is to die at home together no matter how. Frankly, RAH is like a family to me, not only a care provider. They are set to meet my parents expectation and have been working with me and my parents very closely to meet our expectation. Most importantly, the personal support workers are very passionate and professional. The continuity is simply amazing! I do not think, I would enjoy my life if it was not with Right At Home Calgary. They are open 24/7, and I can call anytime regardless of the time difference with where I am living currently. I strongly recommend Right At Home Calgary to anyone who wishes to continue living their home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been so frustrated orienting and reorienting different care caregivers everyday and my mom with her declining cognitive was totally clueless with all these care givers she doesn't know them at all. Once I talked to Right at Home Calgary we have the kind of care giver we want and we have her all the time. I am so happy and satisfied with the care we are getting. One thing that amazes me is the care they give for my mom whenever I am away and travelling for business and the report I get every hour and the updates am getting. I recommend their service for all and specially for family who has to travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have utilized the services of Right at Home for my mom for the past 3 years, initially part-time, and now full-time. This care permits me to be a daughter instead of her caregiver.
Although my mom is in long-term care, the facility staff of 2 health care aides for 15 residents with dementia and other needs is insufficient to ensure she is properly hydrated and gets the other support she needs during her waking hours. I am grateful for the qualified, professional, and compassionate individuals from Right at Home who supplement her care and provide my sociable mother with the companionship she enjoys.

My father never wished to go to LTC, and I started looking into private home care services. I hired Right At Home in 2019 to provide companionship. We had one consistent caregiver who had been able to build trust and good relationship with my father. Having Right At Home staff made my life easier and focus on my work. They are available to answer my questions 24/7. I could not ask more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently reside in Victoria,BC. My mother lives at Edna Simco retirement lodge. I hired Right at Home Calgary in April 2020, when COVID-19 hit. They take care of all Dr appointments, light Housekeeping and groceries etc.. that my mother requires to live day to day. The staff are so professional and dependable. They exceed our expectations. Especially, Brkti, (Manager) is so flexible and accommodating with all our last minute requests. I recommend their services to anyone who wishes to continue residing in their home. Exceptional service!!
