The 2020 Updated Preliminary Economic Assessment for our 100% owned Van Dyke project yielded a post-tax NPV7.5% of US$645 million, an IRR of 43.3%, identified opportunities that could enhance the investment opportunity, expand the resource base and indicates the project has the potential to be a mid-tier copper project. The 2021 Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Schaft Creek project yeilded (on a 100% basis) a post-tax NPV8% of US$842 million, an IRR of 12.9% and identified opportunities that could enhance the investment opportunity of the project.  Copper Fox holds a 25% carried interest in the Schaft Creek Joint Venture (SCJV) with Teck Resources Limited as Operator.  Click here for PEA

Mineral Mountain, Sombrero Butte and Eaglehead are 100% owned exploration stage projects located in proven mineral districts.  The Eaglehead project has 120 mineralized drill holes and the Company is working toward advanceing the projec to the resource estimation stage in late 2022.  The Sombrero Butte and Mineral Mountain projects have porphyry footprints hosted in Laramide age intrusives with mineral assembles, alterations and geophysical signatures indicative of large porphyry systems providing investors exposure to exploration discoveries.
