★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are very fair I do like going to this location Marlborough Mall they are friendly they are helpful and they are welcoming I will come back to Marlborough Mall location and now there is a location in SouthCenter mall with friendly helpful staff as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady that work at this store with the white hair wasn't very nice today. She doesn't know how to talk to Customers properly. She probably needs to go to anger management classes. I was not impressed by her behavior today at all???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased clothes for my 7 y/o son from this store quite often and never had bad experiences until today. The Asian short hair cashier working today not only did not help and acknowledge us, but also took the opportunity to yell at us when my son tried on a sweater . She yelled really loudly to ensure everyone in the store heard and turned their head around. We did apologize saying we actually didn't know that. Once again, she did not even bother looking at us.
When I paid for the sweater, she did not said a thing but kept giving us a dirty look. She was very very rude. What was wrong with her? Was she in a really bad mood today? I don't think she has the needed customer service skills to work at the store. I will never come back to this store ever gain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i can give below zero rating for the store. I went to return something at Marlborough location around 6:30 pm. The store was suppose to close at 7. First the black young lady on till she told me I have to wait a little bit until she is has to get the help from her manager for return. She was counting her till for closing while I was waiting. I said ok and waited for the other white hair old lady who i think was store manager. I waited on the counter almost 10 minutes, and when the manager came on the till without even helping me she took over other lady and started counting the till. The young lady said she is going to back for sweeping. they still had 30 minutes to close the store when i went in and they were already counting the till while as a customer i was waiting. When I asked them to help me first, the old lady said I have to wait as she is counting the till. I told her the store is closing at 7 and you need to help your customer first. She said I am the manager and i know my job. She was rude and loud. In mean while the the other black lady came back at front and she asked her manger what is going on. To that the manger said i told them to wait but they don't want to wait. the young lady was extremely rude and in loud voice she told us we need to wait as we are closing the store and we are counting the till. I told them while customer is here you are suppose to help your customer first. I told them to give me the item I wanted to return back to me, to which she grabbed my item from counter and gave it to me very rudely and walked off.
I told them i will complain to the manger about this, to which both of them said very rudely go ahead we don't care. and the lady with white hair said she is the manager so it does not matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store does not care about customer service at all. The employees are not helpful. Have never had a good experience in there ever but my daughter wants to shop there.
THIS TIME, they wouldn't let her pay with her own cash. Don't really want a sale that bad do they.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted by the customer service I received. Not only was all the employees on their phones but we were not greeted. I went up to one girl who was on the taller side for help and instead of helping me she directed me to the cashier who was already assisting a customer. During the holiday season you would expect to see some better customer service but instead it was the worst customer service I have ever received.
