T	Tania Obando (Perfect Skin) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst costumer service. Was a lady there working with long black hair. I think she was from Peru or another country. She call security on me to take me out of her store and only because she got mad at me when I told her that I was never going to comeback again because of the bad costumer service and because I live to far from the mall. I bought a pair of jeans and they told me that I had to take them home to try them and that if they were to small I could exchange them for the right one. This lady the owner told me that I couldn't exchange without the receipt. The pants were with all the labels and she refused to exange them. I told her that I was a regular client that always I bought my jeans from this store and she didn't care she continue saying that I couldn't exchange them for the right size. I got mad and I told her that I wanted to talk with the guy that I deal with before who is the owner too. She called him and he said to her that she could exchange my pants but she was not to happy. She said to me I am going to exange the pants this time but next time keep the receipt. Then I said will be no a next time and is when she got mad and trow back the pants on my face and said ok then just Waite to talk to the owner. I ask her if I could call him to talk to him and she refused.Then she said I am the owner and he is my husband. I got the impression that she was a bit jealous of me and I don't know if because I told her that her husband new me well as a regular costumer. After she call the security on me to take me out of the store

The clerk was quite rude, called me a liar more or less regarding what size I was wearing which was a M, telling me I should be purchasing an XL and that there was no way I wore a M...um ok? I stopped by the Marlborough store the next day and the fella working was fantastic. Knew my size by looking at me, said the S/M would be perfect. You can't try on so I went home and tried and they were perfect! Actually even a bit loose around waiste but no complaints. I love these leggings, so soft and comfy and the colours are stunning! I'm 5'4" and they are a bit long but no worries, odd a few say they are too short. I was going to give a lower score due to my initial negative interaction with the North Hill location but I love the leggings so much I went back to buy another pair. Will be back for more.
B	B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this store. The family that owns it is so kind and beyond helpful. I love the Jean's they sell here they fit beautifully and are so stylish!! I just wish they had a special order option for different sizes. So often I find amazing styles not in not in my size. Also some kind of rewards program or customer email list would be cool so I know when sales and new styles come!
