J	Justin Ly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Orthodontist, always on time i never find myself waiting more than five minutes before a scheduled appointment. Staff makes you feel welcome and everyone seems to get a long with each other great! Would recommend to friends!

But I decided to give the new orthodontist a try to get more treatment, I didn’t know how terrible they could be. I lost my last aligner to complete my treatment and the dentist david pretty much went out of his way to upset me even though I told him that I was willing to pay the difference for a new aligner. When they gave me my retainer which I paid for previously, it was too big and they told me they couldn’t change it. Now my teeth have to move more to fit an retainer that is too big . Needles to say do not go here, they are happy to take your money and push you out the chair without listening to your needs. I wish I had took my money somewhere else. Instead I lost my money and didn’t complete my treatment.

My son came in originally needing a spacer but when Dr. Mark realized that the only way to do that was to cut into my sons gums he changed the course of action and put braces on instead. He did this because he didn't want my son to fear the orthodontist. Dr. Mark and his team always made my son and I feel very welcomed and at ease. I've recommended them many times.

As soon as we walked into the bright and welcoming Orthostyle reception area, the cheerful front office staff put my daughter's mind at ease (she even thought the self check in option was cool). The professional and friendly orthodontic team at Daher made her feel so comfortable and helped her work through her apprehensions. Together they determined that Invisalign would be the best approach to correcting her bite and alignment. She looked forward to each visit - a huge accomplishment for the Orthostyle team. Thank you so much for all you have done for her - her teeth are perfect and now she does not hesitate to show off her beautiful smile.

We are always greeted in a friendly and positive manner from all staff. They are all knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we have. I love being able to accompany her to back and ask questions throughout the treatment. Though we are just getting acquainted with Dr. Mark the experience is positive! My daughter is almost finished with her treatment- one year earlier than planned. I would highly recommend Ortho-Smiles to anyone wanting a professional, yet personable experience.

She said they asked weird questions like you don’t want to work in the dental profession like your sister and my sister replied no they said well that’s a good idea .. I’m not sure if they are implying they don’t like their own job? They also asked if I was a nice sister and my sister replied yes she’s my favourite sister and they said oh that’s surprising. I’ve personally never met the RDA who assisted in this appointment but I’m not sure why she thinks I treat my family poorly. I won’t be continuing my sisters treatment there.
