★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to remember that people who work for Koodo can go on the internet and give their own companies better reviews then they deserve, because the fact that this location has a 3 star review is a joke. I wish there was a no star button. Awful. We signed up for Telus and after being with them for a couple days we did our research and after realizing they were screwing us we went to Koodo because we did not sign a contract. So at Koodo we told them that we would go over to Telus and cancel our plan there and come back, but they told us they could deal with it. A couple hours after we signed on to Koodo, they blocked the phone for fraud... what!?! Then when we went to go deal with it in store the rather rude employee got mouthy with us and walked away with us after telling us there is nothing he can do. What a joke of employee and costumers. They were well aware that we were only with Telus for a couple days and this couldn’t have been the first time this had happened so the fact that they did not give us a heads up makes this situation worse and the employee who WALKED AWAY FROM US BECAUSE HE COULDNT DEAL WITH THE SITUATION IS RIDICULOUS. This is also just the icing on the cake, unfortunately if I give you every example of how actually terrible Koodo has been to deal with (the ‘sales rep’ and the costumer service over the phone) I would be here all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words cannot describe how appreciative I am of the excellent customer service that I received from Karan and Jas a few weeks ago. They were the most attentive, kind and helpful individuals that I have come across; after a negative experience elsewhere, they restored my faith in humanity. After being sick with bronchitis and having lost my phone and wallet, I came to Karan and Jas flustered and upset; but the kindness and willingness to help that these two gentlemen showed me, quickly turned my week around. Thank you so much Jas and Karan, we need more people like you in this world!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this kiosk in 2018 with full intention of upgrading my phone and the male associate put me off so badly that I cancelled my entire koodo plan and switched to freedom the same day. I can recommend freedom!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally due for a new phone so I decided to check out Koodo when some friends recommended them. I was helped by the store manager Dylan, and he was super friendly, kind and respectful. He took his time with me, and made sure that I would be happy with whatever phone I wanted, and picked out the perfect plan for me as well. The entire transaction was incredibly smooth, and tremendous customer service. I would highly recommend checking out this location, for the sole fact that Dylan was incredible! I am super happy with everything and I'll definitely be coming back to see him again.

Erick was very professional and helped me find the best options to fit my needs. While making sure I didn’t break the bank. Erick is the only person I would go to to see for any mobile services.
