★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spent about five minutes in the store without being approached or greeted, which can be expected in a normal Best buy but this place is about the size of my living room so theres no excuse and especially since there was an employee standing there doing absolutely nothing. After finding what i needed with out help, i went to pay and during the transaction the guy answered his personal phone and proceeded to ignore me while i was standing right in front of him then he rudely pointed to the debit machine when it was time to pay and passed me the product without saying a word to me or even making eye contact. maybe these guys should be trained on basic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great team of staff, all were friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased an unlocked phone today so not too sure if any problems will occur but so far so good! The woman who helped me was helpful and easygoing and had good recommendations on devices. I overheard an interaction between a male salesperson and a customer and was impressed by his product knowledge and approach as well. Process was quick and easy. Y'all are killing it!!

The assistant manager was the one to help us and he knew what he was doing it was quick and easy, he was very professional and patient with all the questions that were being thrown at him, he even offered some great deals on a charger and case for my new phone. All while training a new employee. Great store awesome customer service and they had exactly what I was looking for.
