★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went to get medication for my 3 year old son the woman works at the pharmacy said that she is so busy that she cant help me she didn't even make effort to help me or come to the front to talk to me , she is very rude with her service. Do not come to this pharmacy for anything. All you will get is an angry pharmacist with an attitude. Shoppers get your employees right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT buy earrings from here. They don't clasp closed properly and you can't return them because you have to open the package to find they don't clasp properly. The earrings never touched any ears and was only purchased the day before on a Sunday. Also was never told they couldn't be returned due to any defects because of the package being opened. Horrible experience for my nieces first pair of earrings that I have to buy elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asian lady called herself a supervisor doesn't know how to deal with customers at all . First of all, all the shoppers take returns on hair dryer and lol she says we don't take returns on electronics. I called 6 different shoppers and they all said they don't consider dryers in electronics, Instead the other shoppers lady told me even if I go to BC I can also return there. Don't go at this shoppers, there's a shoppers just at 4 mins distance , you might as well go there and get best customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt uncomfortable as the associates made it their job to follow and watch us everywhere we went. That is profiling as well as very unprofessional. It is understandable to be wary of thieves but that is not the way to do it. Will not be coming back as it makes shopping extremely unpleasant. Wearing hoodies and sweats, along with having brown skin does not equal to being thieves. Please change this policy of stalking customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait time for this pharmacy is very long. And Lana is not efficient at all. Filling prescriptions for the customer ahead and leaving 3 customers waiting for 15+ minutes. Will definitely not be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy department: i needed some medications and I always go to the shoppers at McKnight village but my pain was unbearable so I decided to visit this shoppers as it’s less than 2 minutes away from home. Super friendly staff, they were so kind and made sure all my information was correct. They kindly asked me if I could wait 40 mins and they will try to do it as soon as possible. I said of course. Came back 40 mins later and they gave me only 2 medications when I had 4. They apologized and got to my other 2 medications right away. The pharmacist answered a couple of questions I had and off I went! This will be my new pharmacy moving forward!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clerks are awesome there always so upbeat and in good moods. The security guards follow me once in awhile when I go in there which kind of upsets me but I guess those are the times we live in. The pharmacy on the other hand I found them to be polite but also rude depending on who you're dealing with. The woman who I believe runs that pharmacy is quite rude quite short and is not very helpful. But I am going to leave five stars because 95% of the time I get great service.
