★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to copy a photo, the owner edited the photo by brightening it. I wanted the photo I originally gave and he said why would you want that it’s dark, I replied, yes the girl in the photo is dark. You don’t get to choose what you think looks good. He said he didn’t want to keep reprinting the photo because it would cost him 2 dollars. I don’t understand why he didn’t notify me before that the photo would be edited or turn out different maybe then I wouldn’t have paid for it. Then he took the photo back and wanted to give me a refund even when I didn’t ask for one. I don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing I did. I will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't take photos in this store. I only had wallet size picture printed in this store. One thing I don't like is the attitude of the owner. He was rude, no smiling. If I asked more, he didn't want to answer. That was what I experienced. With this attitude and service, I don't know how long this store will last. I will give this store 2.5 stars because I can't see much the quality of photo. The wallet size photo is good. But if I give 1 star, it would not fair. I want to give 2.5 stars but Google doesn't give me the choice. I can either give a 2 or a 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never recommend this photographer. Very rude and doesn't even do a good job. I took my picture for an airline it is like i am floating in the picture. I told him when he took the picture "please do not delete picture". | will let you know if their is some changes need to made in editing he agree as well. I called him next day and told him about changes "he replies that i wasted his time and told me that will charge me $45 again. Which i totally paid first $111. Please never go their. I retake the picture with someone else. Wasting of money.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fellow assisting me was extremely rude, he was not helpful with answering questions. I felt like I was being rushed out of the shop. On top of that, he forgot to give me half of my photos! I had to return to fetch the rest of them. The quality of the actual photos was sub-par. I would not recommend this facility whatsoever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality of picture and fast but the owner doesnt listen customer advise, he is rude and has poor customer service i mean if you are working in an environement with people around you supporting your business at least offer them good quality of attention. There is other places with good service and customer service. If you the owner read this, try to change your attention and be less rude, is not just take a picture but listen people too. Otherwise the pictures taken has good light and they are just right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always go to this store for everything photography related. Got our passport photos done here and quite a bit of photoprints and frames. Image quality is very good! And their photo restoration is amazing!! Service is quick and staff are very helpful. Will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got photos for my permanent residence, photos done correctly and quickly. 3 stars purely for rudeness and bad attitude of owner who served me. Clearly doesn't enjoy working with the public, was condescending and made me feel like I was intruding on his time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week, I was in with my wife, I asked an older gentleman about 4x6 printed photos from my phone.
My wife who was there beside me, heard the gentleman say, "ten photos and under, 50 cents each, if you order over 10 photos, 30 cents each"...
So we came in and tried to print 14 photos from my s21 phone.
I was quoted at 50 cents each from the same older gentleman.
Not the end of the world, but not what was quoted from him earlier that week.
When we asked him about the earlier price he quoted, he said "I never said that"..
Since we were in a hurry, we agreed to get it done.
My s21 was not connecting to their computer in the front, so the older gentleman approached me, removed his mask, sneezed TWICE Into his hand, replaced his mask, then grabbed my s21 phone and ejected the plugin (as it was not connecting) and plugged it back into the portable computer.
He managed to get my photos printed, but only after waiting 20 min to get it.
The quality of the photos was sub par, (disappointing to say the least)..at Staples on 32nd, I can get high glossy photos for 39 cents each and finished in under 3 min.
I had to completely sanitize my phone after, cringe factor, x10.
Won't be back.
