★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just switch to chatr from fido but the people that i found in this location was ?pissed me off !!they didnt activate my previous number as he told me with in 30 mins.and as a result i was off for 24 hrs and forced to pay $50 to unlock the phone which was not the case . Finally i called a customer service and i ve been told that my number was not active .....just .... wasting my time and money for nothing??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there is no lower rate than one star. Wasting an hour and no solution for number transferring. Salesperson wasn't knowledgeable enough to explain what kind of services, offers they have. I stopped by during the week day before noon. Poor services, bad communication skills, disrespectful behaviours I have observed at Marlborough. Maybe others are not like that ,however, I have never suggest there, unless you like wasting too much time and patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Kiosk / Store today, first of all the women I was speaking too was extremely rude, first telling me they don't offer pay-as-you-go service at this location, only Data + Talk plans, just as I am walking away, she chasing me down, and she tells me I can get a pay-monthly-plan but It will be a $30 activation for a $15 monthly plan.... She tried to scam me.... I walked down a few stores to the "Best Buy Mobile" store and signed up for my $15 plan, and guess what, $0 ZERO activation fee. This women at the ChatR Store was trying to scam people. This place should just close down, they are trying to up-sell and SCAM people here. Do not come here. Go to the "Best Buy Mobile" store it is also in the Mall like 10 steps away from this ChatR store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today Saturday oct30 2021. A seller sold me chatr sim and also I bought plan. He said I will activate today. I paid and left he didn't activated my plan he wasted whole my day. Tomorrow is Sunday and I guess Marlborough mall Is closed. Means he wasted 2 days . Don't know how many days to go. Marlborough chatr store not trustable. Very disappointing.
