★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traded in my old iPhone for $100 credit to be applied to my new phone. It's been 9 months and I've been calling costumer service to inquire when it'll be added into my bill, they keep lying to me saying they see it in my next upcoming bill, 6 months later, costumer service tells me they credit is expired and they can't do anything and I have to go into store, goes into store and they tell me they can't do anything , they tell me to call costumer service. Seriously such a waste of time, if I knew I would get treated like this and I would have to play their little game of run around, I would've never got a plan in the first place. Worst service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible experience at this location , Fido was offering trade in credit and was mentioned clearly iphone 4 & up so i take in iphone 4s in working condition with scratches they said they cant take the phone for trade as it has scratches on , and telling me this is physical damaged making excuses . they dont even know what physical damage means . i told them if it had cracked screen then it means physical damage . I told them ok i will bring another iphone 4s with less scratches they said no it has to be in like new condition with no scratches. nothing like thay was mentioned on fido website took it to another fido store in sundridge no questions asked wanted to take the phone .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in to buy a 1000 phone with cash, i had my old phone and every kind if id you could have except my Dl. as i had moved and my address change they give you the paper one until pic one comes in the mail. had visa medical card medical ins. card sin card costco card you name it i had it and the paper temporary dl the registry gives and they wouldn't accept it.so now im stuck with no phone until 10 days for my other phone is broken not only will i never go back Im changing companies FIDO you suck! And worst customer service i have ever had and im 50 the staff were laughing thought it was a big joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They seems like kind and promise to provide some advantage for me when I contract but after contract was finished they break what they promised. They are liar! Don't believe them and don't contract with them. If you contract them you will loss your money! They are swindler and very rude!
