As a security guard you cannot be punching people... That is called assault and is a crime. Unfortunately it was against a vulnerable member of society who did not to press charges. The security guard did not have a license to produce when asked for his license so how could this be. Unlicensed doesnt sound legal either

Under educated administration, put the blame for everything on to the staff, discusting! attitude from HR and Account manager Wakeford and Mayers Verbally abusive. Even after putting your body on the line. Online training for the most part is forced on to you with out pay. Taking time away from your families for nothing in return. Very poor attitude and restpect from HR lady nd account manager. The one Manager seems to be in constant confusing state of paranioa.

Worst experience of my life in Calgary. Firstly they interviewed people for one and half hour including written test and after you got selected they will not provide you work. So what's the fun of interviews and offer letters. Very unprofessional account manager.

It's not a bad place to work. The management is terrible, not appreciative at all. They expect u to work yourself to death.

The scheduling department is horrible. I got hired awhile back, I told them my availability so they turned around and put me in for a shift I could do. When I didn’t show up even thou I told them I couldn’t do that shift, they constantly called me and left ignorant messages on my voicemail.

Horrible and very unprofessional management. Called the call center to book off a shift more than 4 hours before due to unexpected emergency, the person at the call center was very hesitant and complained how they have to do extra paperwork when someone has to book off. Well guess what? Don't work in a call center if your complaining about the work. I was then transferred to the field manager who was very rude and unprofessional claiming I was "contradicting myself" and I cannot book off after assigned a shift but the employee handbook says otherwise... He kept trying prove how I was in the wrong and when it got to the point where I was literally about to go in-depth and explain my personal emergency, he flipped a switch and gave a unprofessional brief statement saying "ok your booked off", gave a few seconds of silence before ending the call. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience and expect a apology. When I joined GardaWorld, I was promised a good work environment but considering the many negative stories I have heard and the other negative reviews, these problems are quite common. What a shame.
