Since 1999, BPSK9 has been serving Alberta’s security needs. Over the last 15 plus years, we have grown to become Western Canada’s largest K9 security provider. I have seen many security guards come through our market in my days but felt I needed to compliment one of your guards. River Wearmouth has been a security guard here at the market the past two or three months. Not only is has he performed his guard duties and obligations, he is genuinely concerned about the community as a whole. He’s a very “in tuned” individual and is there when I have needed him. This company is nothing but slavery. Low pays, no breaks and no incentives and the worst management you can ask for. the retention rate in this company is close to Zero. If you complain about anything guess what, you get fire, I have seen it. The operational manager is the most unprofessional person you can deal with. You are better off to work at McDonald than this company. Cheers
J	Joe Smithers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of BPS K9 is poorly run. Owner and management are stuck in the mud as for being a progressive business wanting to grow. Stressful work for little money. If you ask for backup for a call, management tells their supervisors to let the guard deal with it on their own. Sometimes you have to remove up to 10 people by yourself with no backup or supervisor to help. Post orders for sites are confusing, outdated, and rarely up kept with vital new info. There are better places to do security than this business. When you give management advice from a guard or supervisor level, they rarely take it into consideration, so your voice for change will never work here. You complain about something, you on the management hit list and will use that for a reason to fire. Empty promises. Could go on, but not worth it for the purposes of this review. Don’t waste your time!

Schedule you for training without your knowledge and then when it does not work they phone and expect you to call back in less than 24 hours when your on hospital and tell you they moved on.. this company plays games don't gophers!.. lead me.on and then yank the rug .. they freak out over nothing constantly contradicting statements and I could say more but do yourself a favor don't work here
