Matthias (manager) was very pleasant and helpful. And Mario our sales agent was spectacular - the very best car sales person I’ve ever deal with. Friendly, upfront, and excellent service. He is a real star.

In short, he made a fair honest deal over the phone. No high pressure sales, no scare tactics or bait and switch techniques. There prices were to the penny with the VW website. In today’s crazy auto market. I knew I was not getting a “deal”. But they are not gouging you either because of the tight market either. Emily in finance was courteous, polite and low pressure. She presented the available extended warranty, protective services and accessories. I decline all except the winter tires. I always do. But saying that, I was not pressured or made too feel bad. Overall, I fully recommend the dealer, to the point I might trade in my car because I love the product (2022 Jetta for my daughter) line so much! Thanks again Mario and Emily, it was my pleasure. He helped us pick the right trim level and was fantastic at keeping us updated on the delivery information. We loved that we knew where our vehicle was from the moment we custom ordered it. Mattias and Juan were fabulous when it came to financing and helping us trade in our vehicles. Liam was the icing on the cake when it came to delivery and teaching us how to use all the fancy features on the vehicle. We highly recommend using these guys if you are looking for fantastic service and top notch knowledge and friendliness. When we are ready for our next vehicle we will absolutely be back.

Stefan was great to deal with. There was an issue with the battery after purchasing the vehicle. After some investigation, we realized the battery was original and needed replacement. The dealership was willing to help resolve the issue and we agreed on a process to replace the battery. I really appreciated the effort to resolve this after the sale.

Mario was amazing and has such a steady, calm energy, 10/10 recommend dealing with him, he is absolutely the best! Juan in finance as well, actually everyone I came into connection with at this dealership was sensational! I truly look forward to getting my winter tires on and future service days because the energy and service there is so welcoming and caring. I can't speak enough about their professionalism and service levels. The Sales manager Adam checked in on the experience and Sebastien professionally walked me through all the bells and whistles on my new Golf GTI. I had an awful experience at another dealership, which included being lied to and also required me to get a lawyer - it was a nightmare. This team knew how hesitant I was to trust anyone after that experience and Juan in finance was incredibly professional and reassuring. They were transparent around the purchasing and the warranty options and provided me with everything I needed to feel comfortable. A shout out to Michelle, Matthais and Joe as well for being so accommodating and making the whole experience so enjoyable!
