★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Largest truck dealership in the area with 5 or 6 dealer ships in Ontario and I understand may be adding 1 in the Bracebridge area. I have done a lot of business with them over the years with the companies I have worked with. I highly recommend this dealership as they have never led me wrong in our dealings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fix your truck, they sell you a truck, they rent trucks. They listen to your concerns, and act on your wishes. I had a rather long wait, but you can't fault them for that, since it wasn't an easy issue to track down.
Bonus is if you have to stay overnight in that area, there's lots of food and a hotel within a short walk. Be sure to ask them about the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LEWIS TRUCKS WAS A NO SHOW!! They didn't have a truck for me to move October 30th even though I reserved it in August.
Not only did they not have a truck, they didn't even let me know. I went the day before the move to pay for all up front and be ready for the next morning. I was told at that time that the truck was broke down. Apparently they didn't have another for me. I was ready to melt down. Three months of preparing to move and no moving truck!! I asked what was I to do?? She said to leave it with her and give her the day to figure something out. THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED ME BACK..
THANK GOODNESS FOR U-HAUL TRUCKS!!!!
They came through on short notice. They jumped through hoops to help me out!!
Dont depend on Lewis Trucks.
You can't count on them.

Tony was very helpful especially.
Highly recommend them if you need service or repairs in their area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hydraulic line to the self levelers went whilst we were in Pembroke. Lewis motor service centre fit us in the next day when we arrived to North Bay. They also fitted us out with new batteries, adjusted the tire pressure and sent us on our merry way. Can’t say enough good about this company and especially the guys that helped us. Incredible men....thank you thank you thank you front he bottom of my heart.
