I fully believe that they will protect your car like protect your health.

β β β β β Took my van to be detailed and I knew it was filled with pet hair. It took over 3 hours for 2 hard working employees to remove all the hair. Van looks brand new so thank you so much!!
It was easy process from booking, checking in and picking it back up. Thanks Country hills Toyota!!

Their oil changes are first come, first serve. Went mid day & there was a 2 hour wait. Not bad for showing up late in the day. They were able to transfer the lifetime oil changes from the previous owner on a second hand vehicle we bought privately & took care of 2 recalls on our truck.
Great job!

β β β β β Went in for an oil change. Tech in the drive through that checked me in friendly and efficient. The tech that opened my work order also friendly and efficient. I had to wait just under 2 hours. Very acceptable in this time of COVID. When the tech came to tell me my car was ready and explained that I needed my cabin filter and engine filter replaced. He did not pressure me when I said that I would replace them myself. Great service all the way round.

β β β β β We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Toyota Sequoia. The staff were committed to making us happy and they were very knowledgeable and kind. We really appreciated the extra steps taken for our safety, even though the covid restrictions are no longer mandatory. A big thank you to Han walking us through every step of the way. We are very pleased with our experience at the dealership and we love our Sequoia.

β β β β β Went in looking for a Tacoma and was able to get one that had pretty much everything I was looking for which was fantastic.
Not much negotiation on price but I canβt say I didnβt expect that, Tacomas are crazy hard to find. Trade in value was decent. Overall the sales experience was perfectly fine and surprisingly painless, pretty good for my first time buying a brand new vehicle.
Until we go to talk to the finance manager, who informs us that because we are paying cash (had a third party loan, but paying dealership in full) that we are also required to put down a $5000 refundable deposit for 6 months (I wouldnβt have had to put the deposit down had I financed the vehicle with them) .. They claim itβs because of the amount of vehicles being sent down to the US which makes sense to me and that I just have to come back in 6 months and show them that I still have the vehicle and I havenβt sent it down south, fair enough I guess.. until Iβm told that alternatively If I purchase a warranty, or any accessories they sell they can void it. I had actually considered maybe spending like $1000 on some accessories, but then I was told that it would just reduce the deposit by the $1000, not void it. So in my mind itβs just a way to try and get you to spend an additional $5000 on top of the $50K+ Iβm already spending.
I donβt put any blame on the staff I had interacted with, they were all fantastic and Iβd imagine they had no say in the matter. Overall id say my experience with this dealership wouldβve been a 5/5 had it not been for this deposit. Once I am able to get my deposit back in August Iβll happily update this review to 5 stars, providing I donβt have any issues actually getting my $5000 back.

β β β β β This dealer has relatively medium sized facilities with nice seating area and free coffee machines for clients waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. It's located in very quiet and not crowded area where you can access it from Deerfoot and Country Hills Boulevard. They are professional and well organized. Facilities are clean. Has repair and parts and located next to the used vehicles. Both new and used vehicles are next to each other. Recently waiting time for oil change becomes very long.

For example: I bought my new van and suv here. I will give 5 stars for maintenance some time engine light on they fix and lend you another vehicle.
One thing I donβt like they used to watch your car after check, but now you need to pay for detailing. Any way still good to buy here
