We dealt with Tarik (they call him "Mr. Nissan"), Mark and Austin, and between the 3 of them, I had a gorgeous SUV ready to go in a few days. Marcella did an amazing job as well detailing the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you want a positive, flawless buying experience. I will be back again!

I traded in my 19 Nissan Kicks that I had nothing but issues with since day one. I must say though… if it wasn’t for Abdul calling me to give me an offer on it, I would still have it. He made the process easy and wasn’t pushy as I told him I’m not wanting to buy another Nissan. He was empathetic and reassuring the whole time and he really sold the Nissan brand. I then met Samir, the financial manager. Both of them brought it home with more insensitive then I could choose from. They listened to my concerns and paid attention to my pain that I had the last time I bought a car I’ve drive it from about an hour or so and I’m in love with the car. This is the best experience I’ve had buying a car ever. UPDATE**** So the car that was sold to me is having major issues with it. (As the dealership is aware.) when I brought the issues to Abdul over text and call, never got a response. His job was done apparently. I’ve now had to go back multiple times to get this issue resolved. Today when I was in, I was upset and he then tried to talk to me about the issues that I’ve already told a hand full amount of people. I told him to stop talking to me because it was making me upset that I had to RE-EXPLAIN the issue again. The whole time I was in there, he did not listen and wouldn’t leave me alone to the point I was visibly upset.
