It was very tempting g to go there rather than all the way to the other side of town. However, I am so delighted that I did. First, I had a question of the navigational system and Ms. Kassandra Chiarello provided her expertise and was very willing to assist. You could see and feel that customer experience is very important to her. She offered her card and insisted to call her if there are other questions she could help with. I also dealt with Cyril Mackenzie in parts. He got out of the counter and showed me and explained the value of genuine approved Mercedes parts in my enjoyment of Te car and it’s performance. Pointed out some deals that I may be interested in as well. He certainly has a good command of knowledge of the products he sell. Both Kassandra and Cyril are great brand ambassadors of the dealership. Reinforced that drive and visit was worth my time.

Our dedicated salesman Max was very patient and helpful to us, as he listened and wrote down what we were looking for in terms of price range, year, model, color, mileage, etc. and listed out the vehicles that exactly match our needs. After the purchase, he spent an hour going through the main functions of the vehicle before we drove away. I definitely recommend Max, if you plan on visit this dealership. We loved our experience with the dealership, as we feel respected and were treated with honesty and thoughtfulness. Great service, great people, and great products! We would love to revisit the store in the future for another vehicle.

We originally got the vehicle at the DT location due to the close proximity for my spouse but now her practice is up north and this location is far more convenient for us, I had wish we got the car at this location. We put our car in for service and they arrange for a loaner for us. I forgot the name of the rep that assign the loaner for us, but she was fantastic as well! When/if we get our next Mercedes this location will definitely be where we get it from!

Recently, I asked them for a licence plate frame for my car and they even installed it out of common courtesy! I asked Downtown Mercedes for a new one because it deteriorated. They wanted to charge me $200 for a frame with their name on it!!!! Do yourself a favour and visit MB Country Hills instead for anything! I’m moreeeeee than happy to display Mercedes Benz Country Hills on my car because they value owner’s experience. Even though I bought my car at another Mercedes Dealership(before Country Hills opened), I trust this team with my service needs. Whether it’s a full A, B, or even a panoramic roof specific service. M	Mark Kent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyer Beware! Freight & PDI are $1,000 more than other Mercedes dealers in town or in Vancouver. They grossly misrepresented the documentation fee by calling it “Safety and Security” for $695. We thought it was an Anti theft immobilizer. Not. Go somewhere else for better pricing. We will never go back, not for service or warranty if we can go elsewhere, like Downtown. We expected better from a Mercedes dealer.

He is great, knowledgeable, and helpful and has solved our car's issues everytime. The shuttle service at this place is amazing too.
