I gave them a call and was told off like it was no problem. Spoke to the manager and all he had to say was " it happens" would honestly not recommend this place after this interaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2019, Owner pretends to be nice as he was hungry but now his focus is only ripping off &quick cash. I was his customer for 2yrs. This year, He ripped me at least twice. I told him his synthetic oil is fake. All customers pls- Don’t pay him for synthetic oil because he will fill ur engine with regular oil but he will charge u 90+dollars.
Last time, I bought my own synthetic oil from Canadian tire and ask them to change and his staff rudely closed door on me. I am never go back again. I want to rate him zero star.
