A	Allie Abram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the van, but we made a huge mistake of not taking pictures of every inch of the Van and were charge over 900 dollars in damage fees for a scratch and dent at the top of the van that we didn't see when we picked it up or dropped it off. It was pouring rain when we picked it up so things were hard to see. We didn't drive under any trees or structures that would have scratched it, so I am pretty confident it wasn't us. That being said we didn't take photos of that part of the van and can't prove it wasn't there. I think someone missed it on a previous inspection or it happened after we dropped it off and we were left to pay- but there isn't much we could do as we have no proof. So my advice, if you decide to risk it- make sure you are thorough with the inspection and take photos or every single part of the van when you pick up and drop off the van. A few smaller notes: - I also thought there should have been more blankets. there was only one thin duvet. I would suggest bringing your own or asking for more. - There was no coffee or tea in the Van, though the site boasts local coffee or tea provided. I did receive a handful of teabags when I asked as I was picking up.
A	Accounts Payable Sundog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are fabulous units and the whole process was just seamless and easy. The Campervans are simple but beautiful and functional. Just loved the little touches like the live edge shelf and the tongue and groove ceiling! A fantastic experience over all, would for sure do it again!! They even threw in a little fridge cooler for us which turned out to be a lifesaver as it was really hot!
R	R T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented one of their campervans for 10 days in mid-October to travel from Calgary to Jasper. Our experience was much better than expected. Firstly, as someone who does not like to waste time while traveling, I appreciated that all of the paperwork was done prior to the pick-up day. The walk-through video was also a good time-saver. Secondly, pick-up was very easy. We paid extra for the early pick-up, but staff members were present nonetheless upon pick-up, so we were able to ask few last minute questions. Thirdly, the van came clean and very well equipped (knives are sharp!!). The bed was comfortable. We never had any problem with the heater nor with the battery. The water container and fuel tank were pre-filled for us. Fourthly, drop-off was easy as well. There are also many gas stations near their office/drop-off location so that is convenient for the gas tank filling. They are also located close to the airport, so it is a short taxi ride if you are taking the plane right after the drop-off! Lastly, this is my personal opinion, but Karma Campervans did make us feel like they care about their customers and want us to actually enjoy our trips with their vans (in other words, I did not feel like they were just running after our money). I am overall very satisfied of my rental experience with Karma Campervans and I totally recommend this professional and honest company to everyone who would like to travel in AB/BC in a campervan :)

Our trip got cancelled two years in a row due to COVID and border restrictions, but Karma worked with us to postpone and make this trip happen. They have very responsive, personalized customer service and the vans are equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable trip! We enjoyed our week of being ski bums in a van!

We rented the hail dented van and didn't even notice it and the price was better for it as well. The equipment in the van was more than suitable for our needs and the bed was super comfy. Sara was even so nice to lend us a wifi to call an Uber when we dropped off our van. Our deposit was also returned in less than 3 working days. We loved the contactless and online based pick-up/drop-off experience. Would definitely recommend if you are deciding on renting a camper van to go around Calgary rockies or even Vancouver.
