★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an small Camper RV from here. Wouldn't do it again. Went camping with the my bf and inlaws for a week.
Multiple things wrong!!!!!
1. They gave the wrong address to do some work on a car for towing. ( waste of gas and money and didn't offer any refund) The address was on the receipt....so yeah not professional here.
2. Doubt the RVs are cleaned professional for Covid. Since I CLEANED IT and found plentiful of Long Dark Hairs in the bathroom tub!!!
3. Without ever using the bathtub it was disgusting everyday with grit and water build up. ( takes away from the relaxing and feeling confident about where we choose to rent a camper)
4. We had to fix the table ourselfs to wobbly to eat on. ( thanks again for the late night errand to Canadian tire so my bf can fix the table with some white tape)
5. Don't put anything in fridge because it doesn't lock...and eggs will be everywhere at your campsite. Thanks for the warning on this!!!! 12 eggs gone for the week!!!!
All of this in the first 24hrs of renting
So, No!!!! Go somewhere else or asks the questions we didnt!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the phone, they can look at the fridge, bring it tomorrow - great start. Advised it was a horse trailer with LQ at the start. Determined I could leave it in a locked/secured yard for a few days. They asked length when I gave them the length 35' they "don't want it". Waste of time on the phone. If you're unit is a bigger unit - look elsewhere, don't waste your time on the phone.

Affordable RV has now taken over "Trailer Town" and they are open for post-season maintenance, winterization and sales during the Covid pandemic restrictions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertising!! Waste of time. Drove 6 hours to see something advertised with less kms than there actually was and lots of damage compared to what they said over the phone. Their definition of “mint” condition and no damage actually means multiple dents, scratches, rust & plenty of leaks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my trailer back to get warranty work done on a black water valve I had replaced two camping trips ago. They told me no leak, I bring the trailer home and take a look, and to my surprise water leaking from the black water valve.
Update - they offered to go out of their way to fix it, even picking up the trailer for me. Didn't take them up on it, haven't decided if I will use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met Dale at the RV show he showed us an RV that had everything we ever wanted, provided us with a fair trade in price. Gave us some numbers, smiled(because he new we could not pass up the deal he gave us).
We purchased the 5th wheel.
We had an issue with their hitch install and we were not happy with the issue. Here is where their customer service excelled and we knew at this point we had chosen wisely.
This is what they did for us to help us.
They loaned us their truck to get our new 5th wheel home (2hrs from Calgary) and return with our trade in and then they proceeded to tell us not to worry about the fuel we used in their truck for transporting the units. Our truck required a repair at the dealer due to the incident which they paid for 100% without question.
People (companies) sometimes make mistakes and its rare that you find a company that takes ownership of them then proceeds to take care of you in the manor that they have done. Truly an exceptional company.
After all that happened we received a message on our answering machine thanking us for taking good care of our trailer that we traded in.
You have gained some long term customers.

I came to them with a rather rediculous request. I asked them to attach the water hose of a household bidet to a 1ft line of 30 year old camper van water pipe the week before the may long weekend.
Not only did they pull it off, they did an exceptional job, and in under 2 hours despite a necessary trip to home depot for parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with the furnace of my trailer but could not get in anywhere. Somebody referred me to Affordable RV. Keith said bring her in, we will try to get her looked at as soos as we can. Well, they did just that, diagnosed and fixed het pretty quick. Really happy with the service i received here. Reasonably price as well.
