About Greenwood Rentals
Operating in Calgary since 1984 as a locally owned & family run business.
In the beginning the rental of semi-trailers was our primary focus specifically dry and refrigerated vans. In the mid 90's with only one utility trailer, our focus changed to smaller trailer rentals. The fleet of 63 semi-trailers disappeared and utility trailers became our main focus. We now have over 30 units, from small single axle trailers, to triple axles with a capacities up to 21,000 lbs GVW.
Our fleet remains mostly new as we usually sell units over 3 years old. Feel free to ask about possible units coming up for sale or check the sales page for the latest additions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service from the owner and his employee! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They sure know how to run a business, which is why they have been around for decades. I rented a trailer to take some soap and chemicals up to my car wash in Edmonton the other day, the rental process was quick and easy. I am definitely going to use these guys again, and in the near future I will look at purchasing one of their trailers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up my trailer from these guys today. Hilarious guys, informative too. I learned that if your trailer isn't hooked up your auto insurance won't cover it! Good to know! The guy who hooked my trailer was pokite and straight forward with everything.
Great pricing too, I shopped arpund a bit before I locked in my rental, and their pricing is either on par or cheaper than the competitors. If I need to rent another trailer I'll definitely be going back to these guys.

Over the years Sponsor Energy has relide on Greenwood to pick the right trailer, made sure our electrical was good and showed us where the best balance was for towing. Thanks for the help to transport our Sparrow further then its wings (batteries) would take it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a trailer on February 23 to move my belongings from Edmonton to Calgary. Very impressed with the customer service and prices. Blair was not pushy nor rent me something I did not need. Although a professional truck driver, the guys explained the difference between pulling a trailer with my pick up and a tractor trailer....first time pulling a trailer with my pick up. I did not feel like they were talking down to me nor insulting my intelligence or experience as a truck driver. On my way to Edmonton I hit some ice and went into the ditch. I was able to get out with my pick up and there was no damage to the trailer. The response received from Blair was calm, reassuring and the opposite of what was going through my head. I was concerned there may be additional charges, but no. Impressed with the integrity and will definitely rent from Greenwood again. Thank you!

Not to mention the complimentary light check on the way out of the yard. 10/10 would definitely rent from them again. Trailer was well maintained and provided 0 issues while towing. Good quality all around shout out to Dan and the other gent I didn’t catch the name of. Couldn’t have been happier with the service I received!

I had never towed anything before and all the staff from the guy answering the phones to the guys hooking me up (Blaire) were so helpful and accomodating. The trailer itself was in great condition and they have a good variety of sizes to choose from. Blaire walked me through every aspect of the trailer, did a full safety check, helped me setup my brake controller, and gave me lots of good tips. The rates were very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this company, 100% recommend.
