After discovering I live out of town Phil looked it over right away and after determining I needed a new motor repaired it as I waited! I was past warranty and they only charged me half price for motor and NO labour charge. If you're looking for a new central vacuum or any parts or repairs, this is your place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic and friendly service. My central vac recently stopped working. I took the motor unit in to Terry at Vacuum Wholesalers. He tested it, and determined that it was a faulty circuit board (that had been replaced over 2 1/2 years ago). At no cost to me, Terry replace the circuit board, cleaned up the vacuum, and fully tested it. I was on my way in no time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a circuit board fail on an older Vacu-Maid and Terry not only diagnosed the problem, but he rebuilt the Motor, circuit board, new brushes and sold me a new 30' hose with knit sock. Service was quick and pricing very competitive. Hats off to you Terry job well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my vacuum head into Vacuum Wholesalers today thinking the entire head had to be replaced. Terry informed me it only needed a belt replacement. He quickly replaced the belt and helped to fix the hose cover as well. He could have upsold me a new vacuum head but instead offered me a quick inexpensive fix and went above and beyond. Highly recommend Vacuum Wholesalers if you are looking for a competent trustworthy vacuum supplier!
