I called these guys and got a FREE estimate hoping I could save $200 by not buying a new one, within a day he told me the issue and the repair cost and can't go wrong with a $37 repair. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited 2 repair shops in SW and both shops gave me a 1 day timeline to diagnose whats the problem in my DC25 vacuum, I'm glad I just walked away and tried driving far north and there I found this vacuum repair shop. If I can give 10 stars I will to describe enough my great experience with them, the old lady at the counter who owns the shop was really approachable and felt I needed help so she promised me thay I will get a call as soon as possible to let me know the problem and how much will it cost, and just about an hour ( Hanif) who's her son called me and informed me that it's an easy fix, asked for a really affordable price and told me that I can pick it up after 1 hour... (i told to myself, that's really fast!!! ) I'm a working mom with a small kid and time is really valuable for me, I appreciate how they considered me as a mother having a busy life and just want to get the things done as much as I can. Thank you and I will definitely recommend your shop to anyone I know. Happy Thanksgiving!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got immediate acknowledgment upon entry to the shop. Walls and floor are packed with products. this is the place to go for whatever you need in Vacuums. Greeted by Hanif and he listened to what we were looking for, offered 2 solutions with details on what features they had, why they would work for us and how to best use them. Having done research before going, his knowledge was detailed, accurate and well presented. The item we chose does all he promised and more. Customer service in the traditional sense. Something not seen to this degree for a long time. As for the Simplicity brand that he recommended (and I had never heard of before), we are ecstatic on the performance. Pictures below of our Dyson carpet cleaning vs the Simplicity following it. Rating 10 out of 5 if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our expensive Dyson V6 stick vacuum was not working well as it was shutting down continuously after a few minutes of use. The vacuum was about 7 years old now so we figured the battery was probably weak and replaced it. The issue continued and was actually getting worse. We decided it was time to replace the Dyson with a new one, but before we spent the $500 or $600, we decided to have A to Z Vacuum Repairs assess the issue. We had used them previously with very good results and were hoping for the same.That was a great decision! A new filter was all that was required and within a few minutes we were on our way. The vacuum works as good as new now. Who knew! Thanks to the great service and friendly staff. We will definately be back when we need our vacuum serviced again.

I have had this vacuum for 10 years and never had it serviced (I know!). The gentleman I dealt with when I dropped it off was so incredibly friendly and did not judge when I disclosed to him that I had never had it serviced. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon, and he called me on Monday to let me know what the issue was and how much the repair would be. It was fixed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. When I went to pick it up, I couldn't find it because it was so clean that it didn't look like my vacuum! It works fantastic now and the weird noise is gone. It's like a brand new vacuum. I'm very happy with this business and highly recommend!
