Andy and Alex were knowledgeable, friendly, and amazingly efficient. I would 1000% recommend these folks for any fixes you need! Customer for LIFE. Thanks again so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a ton of trouble with my device. Turns out the mother board of shot and not something they can fix. Their staff was friendly and explained to me what the problem was, and in the end they didn't charge me for anything since they couldn't fix it... Which isn't true of other repair places I've tried.
In the future if I have any problems with my phone, I know I'll be coming back.

My phone seems perfect and they ran a diagnostic to make sure nothing else was wrong with it from the impact. Would highly recommend. Them being partnered with Samsung made me feel better about choosing UBreakIFix.

Best guys ever and this was my first experience to get a device repaired. I will recommend this to everyone because the workmanship is professional and delivered in a timely manner.
