This auto shop is the real deal. The best service ever. These guys truly care about the customer. I had a dealership charge me over $2k for diagnostics and brake flush that I didn't need to try get rid of some lights on the dash board. After all of that, there was still a light remaining, and the dealership said that the clock spring needed to be changed for a ridiculous amount. I came to this shop. They changed the clock spring, but the light still remained; so the original diagnosis from the dealership was incorrect. YYC Auto troubleshooted the problem and was able to fix the issue. Now there's no light, the car is running well, and no worries. In summary from my observations: Polite - They are very polite on the phone and in person. While I was waiting for the car to be finished, they treated everybody the same with dignity and respect. Patient - They explained in detail what they were going to do for changing the clock spring and also for what the root cause is of the problem. Thorough - After finding that the clock spring was not the main issue, they took the time to explain all the steps they took in troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the issue. Enthusiastic - When they were dealing with each and every customer that came through the door, the mechanics were constantly busy and it showed they all loved their job. There was even one guy that was told to take a break, but he didn't want to. Good quality - The car has been running like new again. Honest - They were not falsely diagnosing the issue, not asking for repeat visits. Best price in town - They charged only for the time that was agreed to, and gave a very reasonable price. Professional - They truly care about finding out what the real issue is and troubleshooting quickly. Thanks guys. I will keep coming back to this place, and highly recommend others to YYC Auto Service.

The service here was amazing. I was in a rush for work and they got all my 4 tires changed and swapped in 30 minutes and the best of the best quality off tires. Also while I was waiting they kept a solid conversation going, the time flew by. Thanks guys!

Stopped by for a diagnosis of brake system squealing. Very friendly atmosphere and a nice customer waiting area. At the time of billing, they walked through every item on the bill ans was quite reasonable. After being taken to the cleaners by my last mechanic, I was extremely happy to have my truck returned to me ahead of schedule and on target with the quote. I highly recommend and will be a loyal customer going firward

I had a great first experience here with the guys who run the shop! I came in for new tire installation, balancing and a wheel alignment. The mechanic was friendly and informative, they got me in quickly and what I was quoted was exactly what I paid, no hidden fees!
