★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a defective cartridge from here instead of going somewhere else. got some noob named Abel, I like the laid back guy, Jon. Anyway I simply wanted to exchange my cartridge for equal value or higher but even though the cartridge was defective and I put my lips on there just to attempt a puff and get no results; according to Abel Prairie records couldn't help me for that reason, so I got the vibe too bad better luck next time. Assuming that it worked to begin with explain how am I suppose to know its defective before I put my lips on it? Once I contacted the manager she fixed the problem, which I'm super grateful she was more understanding, so review was adjusted because they have some cool people that work here, just watch out for newbies hires until they learn.

All the staff have high knowledge of the products and it is wonderful when a member makes a suggestion.
I never feel the price is to steep, you get what you pay for. Not to mention the variety of extras that are available.
I think the concept of the store is brilliant, I love it.

Every time I shop here Jon is able to help me easily decide on what I should smoke based on a simple mood description & I never feel like I’m being up-sold, because Jon and the other store staff definitely respect your Budget! I’ve found their deals and discounts are unmatched, and the tried and true favourites are always available! Love this place! Highly recommend you give this place a shot!
