★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fountain Tire managed to fit me in for getting my winter tires on 2 days after I reached out to them. I had already waited around 2 weeks for new tires from a different store so I decided to look around. The staff in the office at Fountain Tire were extremely helpful, they set me up with a great set of winter tires at a reasonable price and got them on in a very timely manner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After an unexpected accident I took my car in late in the day to try and get back on the highway as I'm not from Calgary. The owner John was very considerate of the emergency nature of my visit and got my back on the road as quickly as he could. They did a great job on the repair, my bill was exactly as promised and they treated me with a lot of empathy after a really bad day. I cant say enough how grateful I was to have John bend over backwards to help me. A++ for customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with these guys. Car I purchased was recently serviced by this location, but after an inspection the work that was completed wasn't done correctly and required Fountain Tire to abide by the warranty. Due to the persistent issue, John Casamayor (Owner) was attempting to convince me that the leaking was due to another issue. After some back and forth, and a 3rd party inspection, they agreed to do the work under warranty. 6 weeks later, the problem returned and the current mechanic has now confirmed that he believes the work wasn't completed at all. Sad to see that people are being taken advantage out there. Should I have not addressed the concern, it could have cost me a lot more to repair. Watch out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get new tires for my truck asap Chris helped me pick 4 new ones out. Dropped it off in morning and had it back in a few hours even got a oil change done. Had know issues at all thanks again I will be back for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped a tire and have quite a unique set as for the brand searched all over the city and fountain tire was the only place that could find it, I dealt with John and he was extremely helpful and I felt like I was in the best hands. Will definitely be back if ever needed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an exceptional experience. I was given the play-by-play of what was found with my flat tire, and was patiently given all the options, with the pros and cons of each. The shop manager/receptionist went out of her way to provide excellent service, and I am so grateful she was able to make a stressful experience the highlight of my day. I will be back, should I ever need service while in Calgary.
