Last monday I bought a fuel savings card with my petro points card and when I went to use it the balance was 0. They took my 20,000 point and gave me an empty card. Today I used a coupon from the Grand opening for a Free coffee and they scan the coupon and my 711 app and lost my free drink I had on the app. So they took two free drink coupons I had for my one medium drink. It is a little frustrating cause both the petro points and the free drinks are not easy for me to get.

I left my cell phone on the counter, phoned in 1 min later, was told yes they have it. When I got to the store to pick it up they refused to give me my property. Theft of personal property. They stole my cell phone, we had to resort to phoning the police for the matter to be resolved. I will not evee return to this store, and will be advising every person I know to avoid as well.
V	Vu Dang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better seven elevens in Calgary. Their front staff always friendly and gives me ice (love that they have an ice machine). Reminds me of the seven elevens in SE Asia (multi-purpose e.g. has readily cheap hot and quick foods to eat).

They advertise a product at a discount for members, but they refuse to adhere to those prices at the till. They have the non-member price at the till and it doesn't give the discount when you enter your member information. When I pointed this out the the staff, she first tried to tell me it would be reimbursed onto my membership account, which is ridiculous. There's no cash value on the membership, only accrued points. I repeatedly asked that they honor the price advertised but they refused.
T	Tiny S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service and very satisfied experience with one stop destination especially fried chicken. Has to be one on top list for grab and go location. Only worrying sign is rehire at 7-eleven. I am sure manager would take notice of that.

I asked for chicken sandwich and the staff politely asked me if i was willing to wait for few minutes (i think there were almost ready from the fryer) because they wanted to give me freshly cooked ones. All thumbs up for customer service.

Some of these staff don't follow the advertised prices on the menus in front of the cash register. Or they're skimming customers a couple dollars at a time. I paid over 20 bucks for my food and didn't get a single rewards point, guy has no business working there if he can't do the job.
J	Jenna Priaulx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store tried to rip my 13 year old son off. Him and his 10 yr old brother did a few snow shoveling jobs when it snowed and got paid a good amount. They wanted to do a pizza a wing dinner from sev. The store I normally go to didn't have pepperoni pizza so my oldest went to this location. We looked on skip the dishes to approximately price out the order so we would know if he had enough cash. Which he would have. He was ordering 2 pepperoni pizzas, 24 wings and two 2 liter coke products (for a family of 6). Should have come to 53 bucks and change (having worked at 7-eleven before, I also knew this would be roughly the price). When he went to the store and placed his order, they tried to charge him 91 dollars!!!!!! He called me panicking that he didn't have enough money and didn't know what to leave out. These people even tried arguing with me on the phone that this was the correct price for 2 pizzas 24 wings and 2 2litres of pop until they found out that I was a former employee of 7-11. When you go there, make sure you know roughly how much you should be spending, if your not paying attention who knows how much they could get you for or your children. Who knows how many people they have already done this to!! I can't believe them!
