★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read some negative reviews about Happy Salon but I totally disagree with them. I have been a regular customer of Colin for years and I can say that he is a very professional stylist. He is always ready to give great suggestions and comments on how to style your hair and how to make you look better. He keeps himself updated with the latest trends in hairstyling and shares them with his customers. It’s not pricey as well. Colin gives great discounts to regular customers. He is neat and always professionally dressed. His salon is clean and well maintained and he uses clean styling tools and accessories (comb, cape, etc.) His sweet wife is equally friendly, cheerful, and nice. They make a wonderful team! I highly recommend Happy Salon for your hairstyling needs. You’ll surely become a regular customer just like me! :)

now 20, my boyfriend, my mom, and my grandma are big fans of him! Always so nice and his pricing is amazing for the fantastic work he does always. I can’t wait till the Salon’s open again so I can book my appointments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here after my coworker recommended me. But when I went I showed him the picture of the hair I wanted and it turned nothing like the picture.
On that the Color faded within 10days , I called him to check if he could fix it but he said he would charge me again ! I spend so much money to keep the Color for 10days ??!! Not worth it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my permanent hair straightening here as per my friend recommendations. I was disappointed with the results. Before we start I asked Colin's wife if they will do retouch in case it get wavy/curly when I wash it. This is not my first time to get permanent hair straightening but my first in this salon that's why I asked because I know my hair. His wife told me just give them a call. I followed their instructions to wash after 3 days. It get curly some parts of my hair. I called them and booked and appointment. When I arrived Colin asked me what did I do to my hair? I told him I just washed it after 3 days. He was rude and told me if I want beautiful hair then do it myself. Why did I pay such amount if I only do it? If I did not insist that I asked them about the retouch prior of the procedure they will not retouch my hair. Most salon that I did my permanent hair straightening they did retouch not this salon! So I will NOT recommend this place for permanent hair straightening or hair rebonding, they declined to retouch they think their job is perfect! Maybe some other hair job their great as per reviews but NOT for permanent hair straightening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service.... Had to drive 45 minutes to go there... Owner doesnt want to me to wait in the waiting area as he had another appointment. Will not suggest anyone to visit this place.... Had a very bad experience with this location. If you are planning to visit try to find some other hair salon. Not recommended at all.

I been doing my hair color since last year with this salon this is the first time happen to me this!!! because it supposed to be gray but it turns to yellow after 3 days and washing my hair! It was collin assistant did not color much my hair she just concentrate on the root of the hair.. she doesn't care about the button one! And When I call to ask for fixing it "he said he will not fix it for free he will charge me again for hair retouch color"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to get a perm, he said he could do the pictures I showed him but my hair ended up terrible. My hair was completely straight and when I mentioned it he got angry and told me to “go back to where you came from”. Extremely disappointed with the overall service, you should learn to treat your costumers with respect and kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank goodness that I finally found this guy. My first time to try him last January. I told him the color of highlights for my hair but he showed me the combination that suits me. I put my trust in him right away because he seems passionate in what he does. After 2 hours, I looked at myself in the mirror…and wow… he did an amazing job! Even the lady customer next to me said that she wanted the exact hair color next time. This guy will tell you the length that suits your face and how to take care of your hair.
After a few months, I went back to him and I was speechless. I couldn’t ask for a better service for what I paid for. My family and friends loved it and they noticed my hair looks healthier too.
Ladies, try him! I guarantee you that you will keep coming back.
