★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Rina (the one from Fiji-apparently there are two of them there) fix a botched haircut. She eased me out of my comfort zone and gave me a nice short style. She was very friendly and personable. The cut was only $21! So of course I tipped her huge. I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair styles she great I like what she did . But while I waiting other styles was bad month about how people disble have it good think the disble and talked down. I think she be FIREED FOR THAT. I thinking ti call customers service on her. I was there February 1 2020 before 12 pm the one was it is white women. My hair styles is Indian with glasses on she is great. Please note I am one of them who she talking down about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst choice I don't recommend this salon they just cut your hair not even and not satisfied she just blower the hair in your face and all went inside the mask. After finishing cutting your hair she leave it wet and not fix so I need to fix my own hair and blow my own hair someone just practice cutting your hair inside the salon and paid for bad haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my children here today for hair cuts. My son suffers from ADHD, my daughter does not. My son struggles greatly with staying still. Hair cuts are hard for him and trust me if I could just say, "sit still!" and it actually make a difference I would do that but IT DOES NOT HELP. All children are different! My daughter has absolutely no issue and loves getting her hair cut. When I came here today I was incredibly disappointed when the woman cutting my kids hair told my son he cannot have the thing I, as his mother, gave him to help keep him focused and still. I of course said, "yes he can!" and she eventually agreed. Please be more understanding to the next family that comes in with similar struggles. I will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unsatisfied and disappointed in First Choice Haircutters.... I booked an appointment for a hair colour service for a full head of colour. BEFORE i could even sit down in the chair to enjoy my appointment. The lady looks through my hair and noticed i had hair extensions in. Before she could even say anything she asked me to leave as she wouldn’t touch my hair with the black hair colour as i had extensions....?????
She proceeded to say that i didn’t notify them beforehand that i had extensions in as their COMPANY doesn’t allow them to colour any person(s) hair extensions..????
She literally asked me to leave.
There wasn’t a single customer in the salon, there was 2 employees working. The most unprofessional “hair salon” I’ve ever been to. Omg NEVER go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always leave this place happy with my hair! I’ve had my hair cut at least once by everyone who works there, and my hair always turns out exactly how I wanted it.
I got a botched hair cut yesterday by a lady at a different first choice hair cutters and I was so upset over how it turned out. To my surprise, these ladies were just as upset about my hair. They called the manager to the other store to let them know about my dissatisfaction.
She fixed my hair quick and easy! Although I’m extremely unhappy about how my hair turned out at the other place, this place fixed it up real good.
I swear these ladies are miracle workers when it comes to my hair!
I will be returning here for my next hair cut.
