★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff is totally uneducated they can’t even understand simple English lines and definitely no knowledge about their own online system. I ordered online and they send me a receipt of my order but didn’t have me my order they were just saying that we didn’t receive your order, it’s not showing in our system foollllll??????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dislocation hardly ever gets my order right you know add-ons and little things like that but this time when I said I want to add one more McFlurry this one’s gonna be Oreo and score because there was already one on there that was Oreo my bill went from. $27 and some change to $32 and some change and I only was given one McFlurry. And yeah I’m done with this location for life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped and grabbed a western bbq burger. Got home and there was so much sauce on the burger that is was unedible. There was strait up enough sauce to cover 6 burgers. At least i had something to dip my frie in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were missing items on my delivery order yesterday. I respectfully called to complaint. Aretha or Alexa (sorry about the misspelling) was very professional & fixed the order mistakes made on Mcdonalds end. She went the mile extra mile by trying to make up for the errors. She was respectfully, understanding and cared to listen to my concerns. At the end, the error was fixed and the customer service delivered was exceptional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst service. We ordered in the drive thru. And the worker took so long to honour the orders of the cars in front of us. Then when we got to the window, we found out why. This incompetent employee had our order in her hand, and didn't hand it over because she was busy taking another order. So rather than deciding to give us the food we already paid for, she decided that it was more important take order over the speaker. It would've taken her 10 seconds to just give us our food but no. When we told her to give us our food she rudely shouted I'm just doing my job, when in reality she wasn't, she wasn't serving customers she then proceeded to slam the door shut on our faces. I recommend you avoid this location at all costs, it will not serve you well. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in and ordered for dine in at around 10 30am on a saturday. While waiting for the food we went to go find some seating. Two people were sleeping in the dining room. Just about every table was dirty. And after 17 minutes of waiting for the food, i went to see what was going on and they didnt even know where the order went. So, I got a refund and we left. 2 stars only because previous visits were fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy in and it with skip... however I ended up waiting, ignored by staff despite my skip bag obviously on the counter, for 5 whole minutes. At which time the staffer bring the order they were putting together only to be shocked that it was not mine. My order was ready packed and waiting for me. Guess this place doesn't mind wasting time and allowing food to cool. At least they didn't tell me to collect the order, so that's a star.
Other visit... makes me wait while my order is ready, then has the audacity to tell me how to do my job by telling me to mark the order collected... maybe if they just did their job correctly they would realize the dont have to tell me to do mine to make up for incompetence. Maybe I should show up and start telling them to flip burgers and cook fries, see if they like the professional discourtesies directed at them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to forest lawn McDonald's drive thru. Ordered 3 pancake happy meals and egg mcmuffin meal. They packed everything in small weak bags soon as we lifted them they dumped all the food on the ground. I managed to salvage egg mcmuffin took one bite it had egg shells in it. Gross everything is a loss. Called manager he said it's not there problem.
