Dinner area was gross ? smells like
Pee and floor are dirt… do not use bathroom in this kfc gross ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so after school we all drove on 17th tryna find a good spot to eat at, and ofc the kfc fill up has been on our minds recently so we done pulled up yesterday and and got 4 of them…now my homeboy finds a piece of hair mid eats and when to the front and got a whole new box so i guess that’s good and all but it’s 4:35am and i just vomited everything out mind you this the first time i vomited in like 7 plus years bruh so if hair was found imagine what i done indulged…hope i can get my money back cause istg i ain’t eva pullin up for the fun of it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in a very long time! Ordered through skip, because they didn't have crispy chicken the canceled the order without any notice. Went and picked up the food only to get there and it not be ready. They barely spoke English and couldn't give me a straight answer. Then there's the homeless people inside bumping into you and police removing people from the property. Not very clean and definitely will not return! The food was even cold and gross! This place needs shut down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into KFC ordered at 8:02 didn't receive my food until 8:43. The manager and 2 or 3 other cooks in the back had no idea what they were doing. In my order I ordered a large coleslaw. To compensate me they gave me a large macaroni when I got home I found I had two large macaronis and an extra order of large fries. .They NEVER get my order right. They get messed up because Skip the dishes and Uber Eats get priority and they get overwhelmed.
When I ordered she told me it would take 15 minutes. Oh no but ok. 17 minutes later tells me they only made brown meat. I told her if I wanted only brown meat, I would have ordered the Thursday special bucket.
I said I want what I my order so it took another 20 minutes for my 8 pieces of chicken. Then the cashier had to chase down a guy outside because she gave him my order. After all that I got home and I still only had brown meat. And NO DIPPING SAUCE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here don't even know their own menu. Tried to order Chicken Sandwiches for $10. which was POSTED on their front window and never did receive them. Got the Crunch meal which we didn't want. Avoid this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the two famous chicken sandwiches for $10 deal. They said I’d have to wait for fries, had no idea the deal came with two fries so I waited. 5mins goes by we get them and the burgers were alright but the fries were soggy and stale tasting. Avoid the fries here haha. Staff is super friendly on a side note.
