★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my 2015 Rav4 in for an Out Of Province Inspection. I was quoted over $600.00+ to replace my rear trailing arms. I was told that each part was going to be $245.00, plus labour. Also when I asked if I got the parts, if they would install them? I was told there was no way I would find the parts for any cheaper and labour was 3 hours to change.
My father was a mechanic and I know enough about cars to find out that the actual parts were $80.00 each and labour was 2 hours. By taking my vehicle to another mechanic who is very honest, it cost me $310.00 TOTAL. They also hide the fact that if you take your vehicle somewhere else to have the work done, they charge you another $50.00. So after passing my vehicle, the OP inspection cost $145.00 plus GST. I was originally quoted $95.00.
The advertise on their website they don't charge extra for vehicle parts. This is a completely false advertisement, and are lying to their customers. I had to make a third trip back to their shop, to pick up my inspection documents. Very disappointing experience, and I would highly suggest taking your vehicle to a much more honest shop.

I have taken my car 3 or 4 times there (16 years old car) and I have always had very satisfactory results. They take their time to explain what the problem is and what you need done and what not. Repairs took 1 or 2 days maximum and they have always honoured the quoted price, even when they under quoted me by mistake. Pretty honest place! I don't think twice where to take my cars if I need a mechanic...
