I wasn't sure about the place at the beginning, but this place is not an ordinary used car dealer. They are quite legit. Actually much better than some of the official car dealers I've dealt with. Here is how it worked for me. 1. I've called the place to get an appointment to view a car. 30 min notice and I was booked to see the vehicle. 2. The car was ready for me at the front door. 3. Nabeel greeted me at the door, gave me the keys to inspect the car. He then left for me the review the car in detail, no pressure, no shadowing. 4. A few minutes later he came and asked me if I want to go for a drive. He photocopied my drive licence and let me drive the car alone. I went for a test drive ALONE on the Stoney Trail. 5. Came back and negotiated a good deal with a trade-in. Put a deposit down. Signed a few paper, not like 300 pages in other place. Pickup my winter tires for the old vehicle, pickup a bank draft. 6. They told me the car will be all fueled up, prepared, ready to go whenever I need. I came back 2 hours later, they switched plates, provided a bag for stuff I needed to pick up from my old car. Overall everything was so smooth to a degree that "this shouldn't be that easy" feeling. But contrary, it was like that. I can recommend this place to anyone.

We did not feel any pressure, and he was awesome to answer questions. He was a big help and my dad is even happy about the conversation we had with him over the phone. We just got a Mercedes ML350 for a great deal compared to other dealerships. Pricing is very fair there. I’d definitely recommend.

J	Jim Kung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience with this dealer. I dealt with Nabeel for about one week with strong interest to purchase one of their vehicles. I let him know throughout the buying process that I was a very serious buyer and needed to do my due diligence on the vehicle as soon as I was able. On the morning of the day of my test drive, he sold the vehicle to another buyer underneath me. Nabeel did not have the courtesy or regard to communicate with me and went ahead and sold it. Dealing with them was a complete waste of time only to be treated with total disrespect. The owner of the dealer later called me and promised to find me another great deal. Several weeks have gone by and I still have not heard back from him. These guys are full of false promises and can not be trusted.

We've purchased 2 cars from Calgary Auto Quest, specifically from Nabeel. He was a delight to work with both times - informative, patient, thorough. This endorsement is not (only) for that though. This company, and their General Manager Zaine, are now right up there in my books of "make it right" person/company who live that as a core value. I don't give kudos lightly, but when they are deserved based on the dedication to customer experience - I wouldn't feel right not sharing. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a vehicle.
