Eastside Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram - Calgary

Often dealerships get a bad reputation. People often complain about the sales guys and about the service department . And sometimes those complains are very valid . Well my review today is not to leave a complain but rather to leave a great review for the service department at this dealership . I had an excellent experience and my vehicle advisor Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also the techs took excellent care of my vehicle and they fixed the problem I was having that could have potentially cost me a couple thousand dollars and a lot of headaches to fix but instead they found an alternative, safe and efficient way to fix the issue and I couldn’t be more grateful. I really appreciate what you guys and gals do . Thank you again for saving me money and also making sure that my vehicle works in excellent condition.

Huge shout out to Eastside Dodge! I highly recommend them! I've been in for service previously which was a 5/5 experience. They were quick at completing a recall and had me in and out within the hour. More recently, we have decided to look into a different vehicle. Andrew is very knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling and has alot of good advice when choosing the right one for your specific needs. Mark in the finance department has been putting in a tremendous amount of work on our file helping us get an approval. He has laid out a few different options for us! Everyone at Eastside is super friendly and flexible with our tedious schedule. We will recommend Eastside over any dealership in Calgary!

I recently went to Eastside Dodge to see what they had available for new SUV. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and ask if I needed some help and I asked the gentleman for Brandon Craig (he called me a couple of days before to see if I needed anything because I’m a returning customer) Brandon helped me with all the process of purchasing my new vehicle. The service was incredible, very professional and helpful. Brandon kept me well informed about what was happening. This is my 4th vehicle from Chrysler dodge Jeep and surely won’t be my last. Went in to look one type of vehicle and they were able to get me into an even better one. They were so welcoming and accommodating. Tina was the first person I spoke with and he energy was infectious, she made it seem like we had known each other for years. My sales guy, Steven made the whole experience seem effortless. The financial guy, Mo, always kept me up to date on the progress when it came to financing. Over all best experience i have ever had buying a car. No high pressure sales. Awesome job everyone

I'm updating/editing my original review below. Spoke to the Service Manager Shawn today, and he was really good about working with me on this. When leadership can step up and can deal with difficult situations with kindness and professionalism, it makes you feel better about continuing to take your work there. I am happy with how things got resolved. I took my Ram in in Sept '21 because the vehicle would shake during braking. They suggested machining the rotors and servicing the pads... $600. Seven months later, the shaking is back. They are now suggesting replacing all pads and rotors... another $1300. I asked why they didn't replace the rotors etc back then, and they said it was because it was likely within the tolerance to do so. They're the experts, not me, so if they suggest a cheaper option that will fix the problem, I'll of course go for it. If they had told me at the time that that repair job would only last 7 months, I of course wouldn't have approved it. She then proceeded to tell me that I'm wearing the brakes down with my poor driving. I've been driving for 30 years. If all my vehicles had brake issues like this, then, sure maybe, but this is the first time this has happened. I asked if they would provide a credit for the work that was done, and she shot that down right away. She offered me 10% off. Ridiculous. I asked her if i had just thrown away $600, and she didn't really have an answer for me. I went to go pick up the truck and to top it all off, they charged me $70 for the investigation. What a slap in the face. This is why dealerships get a bad reputation.

Good afternoon, I wanted to go through this website to recognize the experience that my family and I had in Eastside Dodge, we acquired our first vehicle and the truth was that we did not know where, how and with whom we could do it, we searched everywhere and thanks to God recommended this dealership to us, we went just to ask and we met some great people, with many values, among them kindness, respect, transparency and honesty, who solved many of our doubts. We want to recognize the service of Mr. Ricardo Bravo who was the person who assisted us in all aspects and helped us get a good vehicle that will fit our budget and taste, he is a very kind person and was very sincere with the advice he gave us. I was so happy when I got my first truck. I am checking and inquiring about the Ram 1500 for 5 months. I was hesitant at first because i still have a lien on my car and other people from other dealership told me that i may not be approved since i got a loan and credit cards. The person i got contact with was Steven. He was awesome and listened to me about my problems on my current lien. He help me choose a right truck for my needs and budget. He listened and explained so well and i decided to purchase truck. Eastside dodge personnel are all respectful and make me comfortable on my visits.
