The service described by Milad included repainting the hatch and putting back the parts from the old hatch to the original condition. When we went to pick up the car, the lights in the back didnt work as they did not use the original cables. They said they didnt have time to change them. They also left the inside lights on and drained the battery over the weekend, so my car would’t open. They took zero responsibility for it. So WE had to call AMA to open the car and charge the battery to our own expense and paid a mechanic to fix the broken wires. We had specifically asked to keep the old door to retrieve the new motors we had in it and when we went to pick it up they said “they no longer had it”. It ended up costing us a LOT more to fix their mistakes and they stole my old door parts. This is no way to deal with customers and the service promised was not what delivered. Contact me to see proof of the bills. It was a nightmare experience and I should have read the reviews before taking my vehicle there.

My mom's car was fixed up to perfection here as well which is why I knew to bring my car here in the first place! Zamir gives fair prices, and all the workers are very funny and kind here. Great place to get great service from great people!!!! :D

They also very nicely and voluntarily fixed some other scratches that were not on the doors which needed the service. Only took them two days to finish the work so I could get my car back sooner. Owner Zamir was very friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this place as it offers good price, awesome and fast service! Thank you;)

I could have checked the reviews before choosing this place (A & Z Autobody Collision). They are an excellent example of how work should not be done. I do have photo proof for their bad service. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MANAGEMENT-With all respects on you could you please make sure the service you give satisfies your customers. They answered the phone every time I called, had no problem with me stopping by for a quick estimate prior to selecting a shop, and explained the salvage process in detail while I was struggling with the insurance company. I was greeted with a smile every time I was at the shop, paid a fair price for great work, and I got my car back in no time at all.

I probably called ten Autobody shops in Calgary with A & Z being the best in price. My airbag was ordered that day, (Thursday) and arrived the next week UPS from Vancouver. The guys at the shop called me the day it arrive and within hours literally, it was installed. All shops I talked to, wanted to replace the liner (which holds the airbag in place). A & Z understood this was an expensive task and unnecessary. Through their magic and hard work, my airbag was replaced at a fraction of the cost and finished as promised. I'm very happy with the job they performed. Highly recommended and 5 star. (Including a photo)
