★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks ago I had the typical experience With Subaru Calgary's service department. It took two appointments with me driving in both days and taking time off work in order to find out Both times that they could've answered my question with a simple phone call or at the first appointment. There's never an apology about wasting their customers time, rather it's always and excuse as to why it's not their fault. There is a reason why Subaru Calgary gets four stars, when other dealers such as Honda shops get 4.5+. Subaru has a great product (their vehicles), but the service is the worst I've ever seen. I will buy a Subaru again but will never again buy one through Subaru Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go see Ben Zimmerman at Subaru Calgary if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I just bought a brand-new Subaru Crosstrek, and the experience couldn't have been better! Ben is knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. During the process he sent me videos explaining the vehicle, and when my vehicle arrived, he took videos of it and kept me updated every step of the way. Such a smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend Subaru Calgary!

Shout out to James in Finance who is always available to provide paperwork if you need it and put together a great package to protect my ride. If you’ve been considering a Subaru their all wheel drive system is something you need to experience for yourself, and I highly recommend doing so at Subaru Calgary! We managed to do almost everything online, by text and phone which made the pickup super fast and easy. The Forester was immaculate, smelled new and was ready to go. From this experience, I would recommend Ben as a friendly, respectful and trustworthy salesperson. I love my "new" car from Subaru Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first Subaru. My new car is Outback Wilderness which is fit to most of our needs for riding in both city and off road. Excellent safety features and great unique color. The showroom of Subaru Calgary is not as big as other car companies but it is good enough to walk free around to choose a car that you are looking for in a friendly environment. I don't feel any push from the salesman, Ben, who served me. I am pretty impressed with his follow up service while I was excitingly waiting for the new Wilderness. He has been patient with all my questions from time to time. Although the day that we picked up the car was pretty busy there, the process is still fine to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to test drive a vehicle and ended up purchasing it that same day. Vincent Wong went the extra mile to make sure I was happy before I signed the paperwork. He was very thorough explaining everything to me and made sure I didn't leave with any unanswered questions.
I then met the Finance Manager, Nisar Khan. He was incredibly friendly and went through all of the paperwork in detail. He worked with me to make sure I was getting the best rate, price and options.
Both of these guys made such a great impression, that my mother (who accompanied me through the process), will be visiting them for her next vehicle purchase. This is only the second vehicle I've purchased from a dealership in my lifetime but it was, by far, the best experience. I am now driving the vehicle that I've been dreaming of for the last few years. I will certainly be returning to Subaru Calgary for my future purchases and will absolutely recommend them to anyone.
