I visited 2 other VW dealerships in Calgary and was very disappointed with how slow their service is and how long we waited to not even get straight answers. VW fifth avenue sales team were very knowledgeable we were able to have the information we wanted in less than 10 minutes. Finance manager was also very helpful and efficient. Tudor walked up to us right away and we got chatting. He assessed my needs and took me directly to the vehicle that would satisfy my needs. Long story short, I bought the car and I am thrilled. Derek was incredibly helpful with the financing and it was all in all a great experience. Highly recommend visiting these guys if you're in the market for a vehicle.

We have been through two car purchases with this dealership and each time they have been friendly, knowledgeable and kind. We had the opportunity to work with Derek in sales who made us feel comfortable about buying our first car. He was very knowledgeable but didn’t make you feel pressured at any time!
We also worked with Derek in finance who is always professional and all around a great guy. We always felt like they had our best interests in mind.

I was not at all pressured or judged.
