★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!!!! I went in yesterday to get a tire change and oil change. Left my purse in my car and when they were finished servicing my tires, MY PURSE WAS GONE. I had cash and cards in there. I told them I had it in my car before I handed my keys and they kept denying seeing it. I looked for it in the shop but obviously couldn’t find it because they hid it. $75 was taken from my debit card at an ESSO right across Prime Auto Repair before I could cancel my card. Don’t go here unless you want to get your stuff STOLEN. THIEVES!! ALL OF THEM. SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN!

They never increased their price. and they are always honest to me.
I do not make google reviews usually, but because of other people thinking they would steal, i had to say something to help this place. They will never lie to you. They are a family run business and will always support them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment with them at 8am because they were close to my workplace. I never got a confirmation call, only an email with the time and the date of my appointment. When I showed up at the location, no one was there and the place was locked up.
Very disappointing and terrible customer service. I will not be booking with them again.

They even provided me some discount (amazing)and tips so I won't have to deal with the same issue again. I couldn't think of any auto repair shop which can do better aside from this superb Auto Prime Repair shop. I even recommended this repair haven to my friends. Kudos guys! Continue providing quality service!
