★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so fascinating to see the different kinds of musical instruments and equipments I saw in this shop yesterday. The staff were helpful and assisted me with the piano book I went to look for.
I also inquired about guitar ? training for myself and my son, Tom was helpful and also promised to guide us through the learning process.
I will recommend this store for any musical instruments you want to own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no experience for playing guitar so i visit this store i will not lie these guys are polite and help to get guitar at reasonable prices but teaching experience i had with one of their teacher was terrible cause he dont even clear basics with me . He just told me hold so and so strings and play guitar but how a begginer would know how to play it the very first time without any knowledge i dont even learn a single thing i am very unhappy with my first lesson and i will never go there again for getting teaching lessons

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a drum key. Asked about piano tuners, staff went above and beyond to get an answer for me. Darryl was able to get me a new key quickly while I was admiring al the instruments. All staff very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! We were greeted right away and had a great associate helping us. I think his name was Brandon. He gave some great advice in purchasing an acoustic guitar. He certainly delivered great customer service. Please promote him or something, he deserves it! I certainly recommend this Long & McQuade Store on 5th Ave over the one on 58th Ave SE. Night and Day!
