★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marvin was an amazing sales guy! His brother on the other hand. Really really pushy. I was comfortable paying $330 bi weekly for a older car then the one I was trading in. Was telling me my current car is going to blow up any time now. Was just a p1450 code for having air in my fuel pump. I had to repeatedly tell them I wasnt interested in such a older car with higher payment. I just got a brand new Nissan Rouge off the lot at almost half the payments of a used escape from these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katie in particular here is amazing, I have been struggling for months with a used ford escape I purchased and when I described what was happening she called the problem quickly. She was right, there is coolant intrusion in my engine and the car I just bought needs an engine replacement.
I had a whole range of emotions about this and honestly Katie is a gem of a human being. She gave me a hug, walked me through some of the technical how and why this thing happens and offered multiple suggestions for multiple things that could help me. Truly, she's went above and beyond anything her job calls for and I appreciate her deeply for it. So, if you need someone knowledgeable and compassionate in the services department I would talk to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taylor was fantastic to deal with. He even updated me on my truck status on his day off. He also made sure my other vehicle got back home as well. Went above and beyond in my eyes. Very satisfied and would go see him again for assistance with purchasing a new vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter F in service is possibly the greatest technician in town, maybe even Alberta. My old heap of an f150 seemed to make a stop at every ford dealer in town, if it wasn't one thing it was another but once Peter got his hands on it in service. He diagnosed it properly. Fixed it right up and now the thing is like a whole new truck.
Edwin was the best advisor, kept me updated every step of the way and explained the repairs to me like a real technician would. Love this place!

Got me into a 2021 Ford F150 Tremor and was great to deal with from the initial contact, going out for a test drive, working out the trade, and pickup. Marvin had me covered all the way through the process! And Courtney in Finance had me all set up for pickup day, and was always easy to get a hold of. Call Marvin if your looking for a new vehicle! Great experience!

Thank you very much to my Advisor Mr. Edwin Prasad for taking care of my car Ford Edge 2.0 SEL 2016 regarding Water Pump replacement, very smooth process and no hassle at all, he gave me and my daughter a shuttle service back and forth . Also, Thank you to Ms. Jessica Wagner of Appointment Coordinator. This girl is awesome she gave me a response to all of my questions and she will face you with a nice smile (good customer service). And lastly thank you to the mechanic (I don't know his name but he's white guy) for replacing the water pump very well and clean ?.
I'm very satisfied in their service as a regular customer.
