★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ram 1500. They did not fix my roof properly after my hail damage. Did not even use all the parts need to secure and weather proof my roof. It rusted. They did pay to have another auto body place fix it after my second hail claim. Poor service and workmanship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brutal. Brought my Ram to them after buying it there for some warranty body work. It started to rust shortly after and they refused to cover it. Somehow they claim that the exact spot they fixed... rusted on it's own. Wouldn't use this shop again.
I also bought the truck there... won't buy another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I picked up my Jeep yesterday, after being at Eastside for a couple of weeks, for hail damage repair. It looks wonderful, all hail dents are gone, new windshield and detailing. Thank you for the great job !! I did not expect the detailing, a very nice touch.
I picked up after 5 so had to go to sales reception desk, I think they said I am sorry at least 5 times. Apparently the person who knows how to handle body shop clients was off and the fill in people were concerned with their knowledge. They did great, friendly, efficient and ready to do little extra's to make me happy. Which they did :)
I also used the service center a couple of months ago and would like to thank the service center cashier. I mentioned the final bill did not match the estimate they texted me. She adjusted my bill on the spot !! I liked that she made a decision and dealt with the situation, right now.
If you need work done, I suggest visiting Eastside Dodge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really felt well treated there, while working through a collision insurance claim. They turned what was a very bad experience into a happy ending. Not only do the repairs look great, but they changed my oil and cleaned my car so well, they found something lost by the previous owner 5 years ago! Great service and a very friendly reception, would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my car off here after being on the receiving end of a parking lot hit & run, the crew at Eastside had my vehicle ready within the week. Much faster turnaround than I'd expected, and they did a great job. New back bumper parts look as well fitted as factory.
